Advertised product as in stock when it was not. Deliberately did not correspond with Paypal to slow down refund process. Cannot recommend at all, better online retailers out there. Very sharp practise.

Poor, called several times ask about stock and no answer and no option to leave a message. Pretty much all stock is out of stock

My cue arrived with a warped shaft and I would like a refund. The tip leaves the table!

I still did not recieved the package ,and was not able to track the number , was there any problem ? I will stay in address ,until , january 05 .

I ordered a magnetic chalk holder and a Superfile and tip shaper value pack when the items arrived the magnetic chalk holder pack which had been opened there was no chalk in the pack the second item came with just the tip shaper no file and no spare sandpaper pack. After phoning and speaking to Kerry she apologised and said she will send the complete order out again 1st class post which I received the following day thank you Kerry for a prompt reply

The product ordered was a 2" Aramith cue ball. The product delivered was in excess of 2" and weighed more than the genuine Aramith cue balls in my pool set. I can therefore only assume that the product is not a genuine Aramith cue ball and it will be returned as larger than the rest of the set

Bought a custom made cue. Gave all the measurements but when the cue arrived it wasn't to the specifications that I asked for. School boy error on Peter's part. I also asked for tracking info but this never happened. Lost faith in Peter and asked for money back but was told I couldn't. I would never purchase from him again. Very dissatisfied.

I'm sorry to have to give such a rating, but I ordered a box of elk master tips and a week on and I still haven't received them. Very poor!! Mike Evans

Mike, I am sorry you felt the need to leave us a negative review. I had spoken to you on the phone yesterday about your order and stated I would dispatch another set for you, this did leave us via 1st class post on Thursday 10th December, whilst Royal Mail make every effort to deliver 1st class post on a next day basis sometimes it can take 2 days.
