“I'm giving 2 stars only they ship super quick. I literally got my item the next day and that's is genuinely amazing. However, if you want a refund this is where they have let me down. If you're buying a cue you must proceed with caution. If you want to try out a cue, and you chalk it (you know, the thing you do before taking a shot?) you can tear up any possibility of a full refund. You're better off selling it on ebay than spending another £10 sending it back to them with no word of acknowledgement of receipt, ETA on when the refund with be processed or how much you will be reimbursed. Also refunds are only dealt with by 1 person it seems who is hard to get hold of (of course). As a customer you have no reassurance that your custom is valued and you'll be helped if you have a problem. Don't get me wrong, they are definitely a good place to purchase from if you know exactly what you are getting. I took a gamble on a jump cue I couldn't customise and I'm basically out of pocket £131. Shall not buy from here again,”

“Bought some Elk Master tips. The tips themselves are the most consistent of any seller I've bought from ( and I've tried many ). Delivery was quick, well informed vi email of delivery. Great company to deal with.”

“The company responded promptly to my email when my purchase hadn't arrived after 7days and explained the reason for the delay. Shortly afterwards I received an email with the tracking information and my purchase arrived safely and with excellent packaging”

“Billiards Boutique offer a simple efficient service. I pick up the phone make my order and the item arrives the next day. Most busineases these days have you messing about e-mailing backwards and forwards and and wasting valuable time. Its so refreshing to have old fashioned customer service offering help and advice over the telephone. Would highly recommend. Jamie Basingstoke”

“I had a query about a product so I emailed for assistance. Peter responded within the hour advising me on when the product would be in stock and offered potential suitable alternatives. I then had a query regarding shipping and he again responded within the hour. Very professional. Efficient. Excellent service. The product I bought was a gift so I can't review that yet, but I would 100% recommend this company!”
