“Very happy with cue. Just feels and plays very well. Best cue I've ever had. Just took a while to arrive ( 6 weeks) hence the reason I didn't give 5 stars. But well worth the wait.”

“Good Cue Craft item at a very reasonable price. Delivery times need to be made clearer is my only feed back as it changed from 2-3 weeks, to 3-4 weeks and then to however long it takes the factory.”

“I was happy with my purchase and it was sent promptly... I did get an SMS to say the products were shipped the day before arrival. It would have been good to have received some idea of when the items were going to be actually delivered (like Amazon). I would have had to wait in all day and even the following day if delivery had not been made when it was. Luckily it was delivered on the morning of the second day after ordering which was very good and allowed me to plan my day from there. So just a suggestion to see what could be done (if anything)...”

“I purchase quite a bit of stuff from billiard boutique - products are always as described and arrive in a timely manner. I find there discounts and bonuses all to confusing and just dont bother with them - which is a shame. All in all - good to deal with”

“The range of products is quite broad and I can find most of what I need. However, I would have a much better shopping experience if there could be more detailed descriptions for the products, since that's what we really need for online shopping.”

“The company responded promptly to my email when my purchase hadn't arrived after 7days and explained the reason for the delay. Shortly afterwards I received an email with the tracking information and my purchase arrived safely and with excellent packaging”

“I hadn't received my purchase after 7 days so I emailed the sales team. They responded straight away and explained why there was a delay, and when their next delivery was expected. They emailed me with the tracking details and my purchase arrived shortly after, really well packaged. It would have been even better if they had let me know the item hadn't arrived in their delivery and there was going to be a delay in sending the item.”
