“Excellent service as always”

“I found the product that I was looking for online at Binnacle at a very reasonable cost and the fact that shipping was included made it even better. Interesting that someone from Alberta needs to go to the East coast to find products which I should be able to get from the neighboring province of BC. Thank you Halifax!”

“Binnacle, as per usual, is on point. Somewhat ironic that I can get a better deal from all the way across the country but they are my default go to!”

“The order showed up on time and all is well with that order. However I had sent two emails to Binnacle wanting to purchase an auto pilot complete for a sailboat and my questions went unanswered so you lost that sale and l am without an auto pilot.”

Hi, I am sorry to hear that. I searched my email (including my spam folder) and did not find anything from you. I know the Yahoo.com email address can be quite problematic in blocking our emails so that may have happened. Thanks for letting us know
