The wrong product was delivered to my sisters in Barrie Ontario. It was ordered in time for me to take it back to Bermuda with me. A propane fireplace came instead of an auto pilot for a tiller . Now will need to have it shipped to Bermuda as I am back on island for work. The crew on the boat are leaving mid January. Hope this can be resolved quickly, no response to my email sent 2pm your time on Jan 3, 2020. Christine Graham

Hi, I just checked your tracking number and UPS says delivery is delayed by one day due to weather. Your tracking number would have been emailed to you when your order was shipped. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions

This product (see below) was probably dry inside the cartridge / OUTDATED......must have a shelf life, because NOT usable AT ALL. I paid 55.20 $ + tx = 57.96 $ for this ! Should not have been shipped at all to a customer. The cartridge received was ONLY good for garbage. So as of today my inflatable is NOT repair.......and I LOST 57.96 $. Final Fix Inflatable Boat Repair Adhesive for PVC & Hypalon - Grey 290 ml......DON`T ship or buy IF "OUTDATED" !

We did not receive an email or phone call from you expressing dissatisfaction with the item so we had no way of addressing your concern until you posted this review. I ordered a package from Binnacle.com. First, it was back ordered for a couple of days, then, almost a month later now and still no package had arrived. In what other country in the world in this century does a package take that long to be shipped.

Hi I am sorry for the delay in shipping your package - the item was back-ordered by Raymarine. I checked your tracking number and Canada Post says it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow Aug 20

No options for shipping, Expedited shipping only offered 10$ item 17$ shipping... flat pack envelope would have cost 5-7 bucks if that ... bringing total cost down... not impressed I work in shipping and this price is a joke. stop ripping people off.

Hi, we provide the full cost including any shipping charges before you place your order on the website so you know exactly what your total will be. The size of the box used would not have reduced the shipping cost. We have free shipping on orders over $99

Poor but probably not your fault. UPS delivery very expensive and still waiting until Tuesday for delivery. For small items Canada Post would have had my item here a week ago. They are not helping what has previously been a marine supply company with a good reputation.

Ordered an item from The Binnacle about 3 weeks ago. Was never delivered. Was lost and then found by UPS and was to be returned to the Binnacle. I told the Binnacle I no longer wanted the item and could I be refunded. They said they would when they received the item. I don't know whether they have received it and I certainly haven't received a refund. Not very good from UPS and not good from the Binnacle. Not had trouble before and will think twice about ordering another time.

I checked your UPS tracking number and it says: "An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery. Recovery efforts are under way to deliver your package as soon as possible."

I placed an order on December 10th and fully expected the shipment within Canada to arrive before Christmas. I was wrong! for the sake of a $16.00 item on B/O, the entire shipment was held without giving me any other option. Secondly the original order stated that tracking information would be given when the item was shipped. It was not! The shipping notice even stated that there was no shipment tracking! Considering that Amazon can ship items from the USA to me in Canada within 4 to 5 days. Binnacle could not seem to get my purchase to me within 10 days since it was shipped on Dec 14! Not very good customer service in my opinion. I am not likely to purchase anything from this vendor again! John Steede
