“Excellent customer service for the order delivery, but needed to contact the manufacturer myself to have a question answered before I could place the order. Not my best experience with Binnacle.”

“The buying process was really fine, absolutely no problem. Thank you! I have a drawback about UPS. I followed delivery and everything was good until the delivery. They did it at Walmart so, the woman open the box, find my phone number and call me if I can going to take my delivery. It was a big mistake and for the price that cost, I think UPS had a responsibility to do correct delivery. Thank you and I’ll still order from you!”

I checked your UPS tracking number and it says: "An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery. Recovery efforts are under way to deliver your package as soon as possible."
