“the ordering process was very good, however the item has not arrived by now, probably due to the current health situation.”

“Ordered 2 pair Sperry Top Siders for wife. Arrived within a few days, well packaged. Ordering online for fitted products can be problematic. So far wife is still evaluating fit. Have ordered several non-fit items in past & always quick service & product arrive as expected with no damage.”
