“I recently received an order where one item was accidentally substituted. I contacted the Binnacle and they immediately resolved the problem. In addition they were able to source an item that was no longer carried by them. In the 6 years that I have dealt with them they have always come through with better customer service than their competitors.”

“I recently placed a large order online to take advantage of the boat show specials. My order was varied with 15 different items including clothing, paint, cleaners, zincs, dock parts, etc. I was impressed that it arrived within 3 business days and was exactly as I ordered in perfect shape with great care taken in the packing. “I'm a repeat customer and plan on being so! The few times they haven't had an item i've ordered in stock i get an email right away letting me know....but that doesn't happen very often! Very quick service and delivery with very comparable pricing.”
