“Over the years I have come to appreciate the Binnacle staff for good advice when considering purchase of items for my boats, and their competitive pricing on most things, and their willingness to source items not usually stocked there.”

“Quick and efficient processing of ordrer. Best price around bar none. One suggestion for future orders though; please do not use UPS. It took me three days to collect the shipment at their agent. I suspect they never even attempted to deliver to my address.”

“Excellent customer service. The product I chose was out of stock and I emailed Binnacle in order to know when it would be available again. Not only did they follow up with me but I was able to purchase the product before it was in stock to make sure it would be shipped as it would arrive at Binnacle.”
