"This company is the worst delivery company, I had to wait for more than 5 hours, the company states that the drivers would contact me 45mins before the delivery, no one contacted me. My delivery slot was between 10-13 and at 13:45 I contacted the company and again at 13:50 no response and at 14:00 I received an email stating that they can't deliver my item and that I would have to wait until the following week. Who does this and I am so pissed off.\r\n\r\nAvoid this company!!!!!!"

"Wouldn\u2019t collect my old sofa as it wasn\u2019t wrapped. I didn\u2019t have any plastic wrapping and they told me 10 minutes before the collection drivers arrived that it needed to be wrapped. I live in a normal home not a factory so do not have a supply of plastic wrapping! They left me with a living room full of upended old sofa (the new sofa had already been delivered 10 minutes before these guys turned up) I was unable to get out of my living room or to my front door, my kids or I couldn\u2019t even walk anywhere in the front room as we were surrounded!! Quite dangerous if something had fallen over or I needed to get out in a hurry. Customer services couldn\u2019t care less and we\u2019re very rude on the phone. \r\n\r\nNasty people, nasty company - avoid!!!"

"Driving on the M6 on 29\/03\/21 at 7:17am and had one of your vans try to force their way into my lane at junction 8 to which I had to swerve to avoid a collision. The asian driver then persisted to make hand gestures to me and drive eratically cutting through traffic and the passanger (also asian) also made hand gestures and then swerved at me and persisted to drive extremely close to my rear bumper and intimidate me. Shocking!!"
