"I ordered a TV that arrived damaged. Started the return process on 2-13-25 and after many times calling, emailing, and chatting with customer service I still cannot get them to have the carrier call me to pick up the TV. It is now 2-23-25. I just received an email stating that my return will expire soon since they have not received the item. I have all ready turned this in to the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER do business again with BJs and will tell everyone I know about this experience."

"I ordered a hamilton beach brewstation 12 cup coffee maker on sale from BJswholesale.com. It could ONLY be ordered online. It was on sale and I also had points that I put towards the purchase. It arrived damaged. The reservior tank lid hinge is broken off and coffee pot appeared to be used. I reached out to BJs online chat. I had to email them pictures of damage and customer service agent agreed damaged. I later received an email that I could only receive a partial refund, I lose my $18 point value that I used. I purely wanted an undamaged coffee pot or would be happy with an undamaged replacement part (reservior tank). They would not replace the item, nor refund the total dollar amount, nor supply a replacement part. I brought this issue to my local warehouse and they told me the company policy is partial refund with no option to replace the damaged product. I can order it online again which is now available at a higher price. Who in their right mind would lose $18 and reorder paying a now higher price knowing their customer service re: damaged items? Both the store clerk and the online customer service rep feel that this corporate policy is ridiculous. Is this the new way to unload damaged, returned used items? Put an item on sale and ship out all the damage\/used good (sold as a new item) to a customer who has no option to receive an undamaged item? Is this why they are not available in the warehouse? I had originally contacted Hamilton Beach and they said I need to go to the place of purchase."

Rescheduled for 4th December, received a message to say the item hadn\u2019t been loaded on to the truck. Rescheduled for today and received an email to say the driver had a family emergency. The drivers seem to have a lot of bad luck don\u2019t they \ud83e\udd14. Does anyone know where the depot is as at this point I want to retrieve it myself. This is todays alleged excuse\r\n\r\nGood Evening, Regretfully, we are unable to fulfil your order today as the team allocated to the route has a family emergency. We are sorry that we have let you down; please be assured that we have explored all alternative options available to us but are unable to offer a solution at such short notice. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and we can reschedule for Wednesday 11\/12 of this week if that is convenient for you."
