First time they delivered to us we had paid for our furniture to be unpacked and built. These guys didn’t have a clue and left us with a quarter built unit as well as damaging our kitchen ceiling. Different crew delivered second time. The ‘main’ man was in a fowl mood and backed up the van at great speed in temper at builders who he thought were in the way, opposite our house. Then he displayed a really bad misogynist attitude towards me . He was dismissive of a concern that I had , and addressed my husband only as he dismissed me. My husband noticed this too and was disgusted. Let’s just say that he had obviously been brought up to see women as second class citizens ( I’m sure you get my drift), but in this country no-one should be disrespectful!

Really poor service communication was bad and no sense of customer expectation. Just wanted to drop the delivery on my door step. Would never use these guys again

AVOID - LAZY IMPATIENT DRIVERS - I had a delivery scheduled with this company, I was given a timeslot the evening before however requested at least 20 minutes notice as I wasn't at the property and would have to go there to receive the delivery. They called at 9:30am advising they would be between 10:30 and 11am, maybe later depending on traffic. I was on my way when I received a call at 10:21am saying they were there, I told them I'm on my way and will be there for 10:30am which was the time they'd given me. When I arrived at 10:30am they had left without any attempt to further contact me or leave the delivery in a safe place. Very unhappy, I'd taken a day off work already to take this delivery. Day wasted by the laziness, impatience and incompetence of the drivers.

I ordered on Jan 4 because I was home with covid. I ordered two Charmin (32 roll) packages. Only ONE was delivered. I immediately called the store and was told the order was delivered by Door Dash and I’d need to contact them for a refund. Door Dash said they couldn’t refund me directly … they would issue a refund to BJs and BJs would refund me. I got an email from Door Dash stating the above, stating they refunded BJs and gave me a Reference Number and another number. When I was well, I went to my local BJs (where I’d placed the order online) and the person at the customer service desk said they can’t issue the refund because it doesn’t come to the local store and allegedly they don’t have access to see refunds issued to BJs by Door Dash. She gave me a phone number to BJs to contact. … that has also resulted in no refund!! WILL NEVER USE BJs DELIVER AGAIN!!!! Use Delivery with caution!!!

I ordered furniture from Oak Furniture Superstore and delivered by BJS. My address is inside a high rise building with lift. The delivery crew insisted not to deliver to my flat but kept calling me to collected the delivery outside the building. I missed their call and they returned the delivery and asked for extra £54 to deliver again. I am so disappointed on the delivery service

Drivers deemed it appropriate to leave the Dusk bed packages in the hallway where it would be impossible to close the front door. When I kindly asked them to deliver it upstairs to one of the rooms, one of the drivers became very rude and said I was "wasting his time". I was shocked because the BJS website highlights they deliver to a room of your choice. They simply dropped off 2/3 packages to a random room without asking and then forged my signature on the delivery receipt which is not only wrong but completely ILLEGAL!! Appalling dealing with these individuals who are supposed to be representatives of this company.

It has taken over a month to deliver 3 beds all 3 beds came out separate but on the last delivery they forgot to put box 2 on the lorry. It has taken phone call on phone call to the point we actually had to collect the item ourself from their depot. Customer service is a waste of time I would not pay this company to deliver anything. Disgusting very unprofessional and unreliable

The people are a nightmare, they make the old Hermes look good, avoid all all costs! They failed to deliver my sofabed last Saturday, told me the van had broken down, kept me waiting all day then said they weren't going to bother bringing it and would bring it on a weekday; I said no it had been booked for a Saturday as I cannot afford to take time off during the week and after much arguing they re-booked for the following Saturday. The manufacturer contacted them to ensure the delivery slot would be 7-10am as I was unavailable after 10am due to already having plans, BJS confirmed with the manufacturer that they would deliver at this time. I then receive a text late on Friday evening when no one answers their phone, to say delivery window was 12-3pm! After multiple auto texts that they did not answer from me or the manufacturer- and no way to contact them as their phone says closed and despite me sending a message on the website to the delivery man explaining their error, a woman phone me and insists the delivery window cannot be changed and was chosen by the manufacturer (complete lie) and if I was not going to be available for their convenience I could reschedule - ie take an unpaid day off work or have third Saturday ruined by these cowboys - she then tells me if I am not home before the van arrives then they won't wait 5 minutes. This only alters when I tell her I can prove she is lying and am happy to do it in Court and that I will put a review on every site I can find. Delivery people then walk upstairs on my carpets in their dirty shoes, dump the sofabed upright on it's and and leave. I manage to get the packaging on and lower to the correct position only to discover they have damaged it. Had I known the company I ordered from used these incompetent cowboys I would not have ordered from them. A few weeks prior to this I placed an order from Oakworld and was told the delivery company would contact me prior to delivery, which was scheduled for 3-4 weeks. These idiot delivery people made no contact with me and proceeded to delivery the furniture 2 days later and gave it to the then occupants of the house I had just bought despite having been advised that I did not own the property until a specific date, they then tried to blame me despite their having not checked the name of the people they gave the furniture to! Oh and their level of English is abysmal just to add to the difficulty in sorting this out! Use at your peril!

Do you want TORN and WATER DAMAGED furniture? Then look no further than BJS Home Delivery. If you also enjoy dealing with UNHAPPY and passive AGGRESSIVE delivery drivers at 7am then this company is for you! BJS Home Delivery insisted upon leaving my furniture outside, in the pouring rain, so they could take photographs of the delivery. They also insisted upon taking a photograph of the ENTIRE order. My order involved several items, not just a single unit; so my furniture was outside absorbing rainwater. Not only did my fabric furniture get completely soaked, so did my entire hallway! The furniture was also mishandled and TORN during transit. For your own sake, please AVOID them at all costs. This is an actual REAL review, unlike the thousands of clearly FAKE reviews.

By far the worse and inconsiderate company I've ever come across! Unhelpful. They expect everyone just to sit at home all day waiting on them to deliver a parcel WHEN IT SUITS THEM. Allocated a time slot, that's suits them and not the customer. People work!!! The Range confirmed with them after 3pm, email to state that, allocated a time slot 2-5 then rang me at 12.30 when I'm in work!!! So I booked afew hours off work to finish at 1pm to arrange a redelivery, asked for after 1pm. To be told you'll be allocated a 3 hour time slot the day before. That's no bloody good. They don't care about the customer. It's what suits them. Please please stay clear from this company. Useless

Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered bed from Happy Beds. Wouldn’t deliver because of an error on the postcode despite arriving less than a mile away. Unhelpful staff at the call centre. Redelivery, missed a call from them but couldn’t call back as pre-office hours and the delivery driver refused to answer. Avoid happy beds or any company that uses this crooked outfit at all costs.

Decided to check out reviews for this company having just witnessed some appalling driving by one of their vans & guess what...lots of 1* reviews complaining of the same thing. Is their schedule so tight that they have to drive dangerously close in 30 zone & overtake on corners?

Ordered a TV stand from Wayfair. The delivery instructions from Wayfair clearly stated that if any of the packaging was damaged on delivery I had to note it on the delivery note as they could not do anything about it if the item was damaged and I hadn't made a note. 2 men from BJS brought the 2 boxes in and it was immediately clear that both boxes had rips and dents in them. It looked like they had been dropped and taped up again. 1 of the rips was big enough for me to see the item inside which had digs in the wood. I pointed it out and the men just said "you need to tell Wayfair as there's nothing we can do". They were unfriendly and disinterested. I said I have to sign the paperwork to say the item is damaged but they said there's no paperwork. I insisted they didn't leave until I sign something. They reluctantly took a photo of the damage and got the delivery order up on their phone. I wrote on the phone there was damage and signed it. Later that day I received an email from BJS with a copy of a delivery note stating "no damage" and showing a false customer signature which wasn't mine. If you are having items delivered by BJS then beware as they are liars. Wayfair have apologised and sorted a discount for me. They said they would investigate what happened with BJS but I bet they're still using them, even though BJS have terrible reviews

I ordered online and made sure everything was in stock. 1/3 of the items were not delivered !!! "Item cancelled - not in stock" BUT THE TIP WAS NOT ADJUSTED ... A 20% tip !!!!!!!! Plus I was missing the most vital items I needed ASAP.

We just took delivery of a new TV bought from Richer Sounds and delivered by BJS Two Man Delivery the lead man delivering was Aggressive and rude ... I coud give this Company ZERO I would... What BJS doesn't appear to understand is the these delivery drivers are the Representative's of BJS and its their behaviour that forms our insight into the culture of BJS as a Company ...
