“A failure to deliver the items on Monday 20 April after a phone call on 19/4/2020. A breach of an agreed timescale in which to deliver the goods, and a total failure to comply with what was contractually agreed. There was no refund of the monies paid, efficiently nor at all to date, and I will not be recommending that any friends, colleagues or acquaintances purchase from this company, every again.”

“I’m very disappointed with your service. I ordered a 4oz bottle of Jamaican black castor oil Extra Dark and received a fake product! It was just normal castor oil! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It had a funny smell and was a very light yellow and I know the colour of JBCO Extra Dark is a thick dark oil. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and threw it away as soon as I realised it was fake! I thought this was a legit brand. I’ve already left a disheartened review but you wanted my opinion so here it is.”

“The products which I ordered were not delivered. I contacted Black hair care as Royal Mail said they had delivered the products ordered. The person who I spoke to said he would investigate and the most probable outcome is that I would receive a refund as I had purchased the last two units of the items that I had ordered. I did not receive a call back as promised and when I called back there was no answer. I am very disappointed about this.”

“Ordered dr miracles conditioning shampoo. Looks and feels very different to what I’m used to. Product is watered down and I’m not happy. Waste of money. Will not be ordering from here again. Do not order from here.”

“Received my order, but there was an item missing. They wrote 'refund' on the invoice, however I still have not been refunded for the missing item. Have had to open a PayPal dispute because there has been no response to my email. Other products are good but this does not make it a good experience.”

“Worst CS I ever encountered I completed my order on the 25th of September received no notification for shipment for the following 4 days ! So i Emailed the CS twice until finally someone replied back on the 3rd of October that the uk parcel are charging extra 17£ Thats why my order is on hold and I need to pay this amount in order to get my order! I did pat the extra 17 £ and then Emailed them back a couple of times before they shipped my order till today the 10th of October I haven’t received the parcel yet .”

“Ordered item 6/29/19. Item shipped 7/8/19. Did not receive tracking number until item arrived in U.S. Company has never responded to date to any emails sent to their website www.blackhaircare.co.uk. Only responded to emails sent to them as they were discovered selling via a third party selling site. Package arrived damaged and a leaky mess.”

“It has been 8 days since i received an e-mail stating my shipment was on its way and have still not received my products. I paid for standad royal mail delivery which the company has advertised as 2-4 days. I sent an e-mail 2 days ago for information on my shipment, as and have had no response.”
