“Not the greatest of flavouring (we tried chocolate, vanilla, protella and salted caramel). We add a tsp of vanilla essence to the vanilla or some syrup to the chocolate etc to make it really enjoyable but for the protein serve for the price it is good. We worked out that if it's $3 a shake which we use to replace a meal, we a re still winning (normally 2 scoops in our shakes)”
