“There's nothing better than buying something not really knowing what kind of quality you have purchased and if it's has good has shown on the discription and photos for it to be delivered quickly and properly packaged to open and find it's even better than what you thought it would be, I'm really pleased with our Sundial and it looks fantastic in place, would definitely recommend this product and the service of the supplier. “I was looking for a pair of unique bookends and I love Disney. While searching I came across Black Country Metal Works and saw they did weather vanes and doorstops with a lovely silhouette of Mary Poppins. I emailed them to ask if they would be able to make book ends with the same silhouette. Joanne Jones responded and said they would be happy to. She explained the process of making them bespoke for me and confirmed I was happy to proceed. She kept me updated during the process. The bookends arrived and were very well wrapped. I am delighted with them, they look so nice on my bookshelf. Joanne made the whole process really easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend the company.”

“We have just unpacked our Postbox....and are absolutely delighted with it!! The quality and craftsmanship is superb, and certainly make the neighbours look twice. “Excellent service - I ordered an in stock Weathervane for my wife's birthday , and whilst i was aware of expected delivery of 10 days , i thought i would take the risk . Having followed up a few days later just to see if earlier delivery was possible i was contacted as promised by Joanne who looked into this for me and after an hour contacted me again as also promised to confirm she got the Weathervane shipped advised it should be with me next day True to her word its now been delivered by APC - the Weathervane remains wrapped up till tomorrow , but expect its just as described and looking forward to seeing it - Thank you Black Country Metal Works and notably Joanne Jones from Graphic Design and Marketing for arranging a speedy turnaround.”
