“I ordered a bespoke weathervane from Black Country metal works, I needed an oriental dragon for the top of my dragon pergola but just couldn’t find one. I’m so impressed with the help that I received with the design from Joanne, it was just what I had in mind. I received my weathervane a lot sooner than I expected, and it’s fabulous, I couldn’t be happier. Many thanks to Joanne and her team. Mel - Staffordshire”

“Custom made weathervane for my husband for Christmas. Joanne was helpful from the beginning and kept me up to date. The weather vane is beautiful and I will send pictures once it’s on top of the garage. Worth every penny, thank you Black Country Metal Works”

“Hi, I ordered fire screen 'butter fly wings' and Black Coutry Metal Work were in touch with updates on the products arrival immediately. Beautiful workmanship and substantial piece too - really impressed with the screen. Packaging was great for journey North and delivery very quick. I would use this company again and genuinely 100% pleased with the product - it was exactly what we had been looking for. Many thanks Ben.”

“We ordered a cast iron Victorian boot scraper, what a great quality item, exactly as described. Unbelievably fast delivery! Ordered at 11am and within the hour had an email saying my 3 items had been despatched. Received the items the following morning - around 24 hours from ordering to receiving. Absolutely a 5 star service!”

“Requested to order and ship two victorian lamp posts to NZ. The shipping costs were assessed at 2,700 pounds approx. (items to purchase were around 1,000 pounds). The courier cost was equivalent to a first class return airfare on a reputable airline between the two countries. When i asked would they consider a sea based freight forwarding company, they responded by saying that the forwarding costs remained unchanged. I sent correspondence highlighting that I was dissapointed that they wouldn't revisit the costs and method of shipping and cc-ed in the Chairman for the company. Heard nothing back from either the Export Manager or the Chairman.”

“Ordered a bespoke metal grid for an unsightly gap on the floor next to the plinth in the kitchen where the inspection chamber was sited. I spoke to Joanne who talked me through the options. She was very helpful and the outcome was very much appreciated. Looks really good as if it was meant to be there. Thank you Joanne for all your expertise. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“We ordered this weather vane for a holiday home on the coast in Anglesey and were extremely pleased with the quality, it's now erected and we think fits in perfectly for the area. The vane arrived very well packaged and special thanks to the team and Lindsay Steele for her help keeping us informed on delivery. We would highly recommend.”

“I was looking for something different and special for a 6th anniversary present for my wife, and came up with an idea of a black sign saying always as my wife is a big Harry Potter fan, Joanne Jones was outstanding throughout the whole process and I would recommend Black Country metal works if you are looking for something different.”
