“The whole process has been a joy. Joanne Jones has been most helpful in doing a design for my husband. We wanted to make it a surprise and she has been so efficient. I would fully recommend them, a delight to work with.”

“I recently purchased a rim lock from Black Country Metal Works online. It arrived swiftly via a courier service. The lock is of very high quality and looks nice on one of the Victorian doors I have just stripped and oiled. Unfortunately this door is unable to take an internal lock now due to it having been changed many times over the past 142 years since the house was built. I cannot fault the service provided and highly recommend purchasing from this company, with particular thanks to Matthew JB.”

“Excellent products at very good prices. I purchased 3 garden sculptures (hedgehogs, honey bee and woodpecker) and a galvanised storage unit. I am really pleased with them all. Had to wait for one because it was out of stock. Emailed me when in stock and l ordered it. Very good customer service. I highly recommend buying from this company.”
