“ I would like to leave zero stars! I ordered a book from Blackwells on Saturday and by Thursday nothing, no emails, no contact, nada! I emailed them to ask why no contact or even why no delivery of the book. ”

“ Blackwell's- avoid at all cost! They ignore emails. Do not have goods in stock. 10 days later - no goods. A complete lack of customer service and should be black listed. DO NOT order books for Christmas delivery unless you want to be disappointed. Incidentally, number to call is 01865333536 found through my Paypal transaction. ”
