Cannot comment on the product as paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive the driver came to the house at the allotted time and said he couldn't find the parcel and would return later but he did not we waited in all day

I can confirm you did order on a next-day service Next-day service is a next WORKING day service. You ordered on Friday, the expected delivery date would be Monday. We do make this clear on our website as stated below 3 £9.99 Next Working Day Also, our customer service department will happily explain this to you in a quick phone call if there is any confusion.

Our customer services team are experienced and well-trained and offer a high standard of service. I do believe you had ordered the wrong size of grille and they advised you correctly and efficiently on how to return your order for a refund, which allows you to reorder the correct size.

Refused to refund defective fan so I had to buy another despite having clear proof of purchase. The fan itself is fine but the 5 year guarantee is a fantasy.

Hello, I have looked into this for you and see only one very recent purchase on our system for you which suggests your original purchase may have been through a third party and not ourselves. If that is the case the third party should resolve the issue with you and then return the fan to us for a credit. We do offer a 5 year no-quibble guarantee and that is exactly what you will receive from Blauberg UK. 0 stars if that was possible!!! I agree with the last few 1* reviews below. This company/products & customer service are one of the worst I have come across. Customer service Hide behind a email adress and never give you a name. My extractor started making clicking sounds which progressively got worse and started to get sparks, YES sparks in a bathroom extractor!! They state a 5yr warranty then made silly excuses so do not have to replace the faulty unit (18mnths of light use) Excuses they used to get out of the warranty: 1. The little connector screws are corroded 2. You have not maintained it by wiping the spinning plastic fins They even refused to return the unit back to me stating I had not paid postage in the first place. This is how petty minded they are. Hello Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear about your experience. When an item is returned to us we inspect it thoroughly. A full report is then done which I am happy to send over to you if you wish. Our products need a minimum amount of maintenance to allow them to give the best performance which is stated in the user manual supplied with it. I see you have now reordered the same fan. The item was originally purchased as a collection from our premises as you may have been local and was genuinely assumed the same would happen with the returned fan.

Weren’t able to refund VAT when shipping to British isles. Was contacted to revise my review as this was apparently informed prior to purchase which was not the case.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I believe you were in contact prior to placing your order and you were advised this before you decided to proceed. Won't give a fake review on unseen product. Suggest you check my invoice, not just for dispatch date, but when customer has RECEIVED the product. THEN ask for a review. Adjust your IT programme accordingly it's Simple.

Instead of the whole unit , only Grilles are delivered. Not really useful and good.

Hello, I think there maybe some confusion, you have only ordered Blauberg Passive Vent Grille on it's own and not the actual kit. I have checked on our website and it is clear that this is the grille only, the picture shows exactly what you should have received. I will have our customer service team call you to see how we can help you resolve the matter. If you simply want to return them for a refund that is fine we can advise you on that. Customer services were not so bad but technical assistance were so bad I can’t believe how bad they are for a so called premium product

Sent wrong item in the wrong colour. Replacement then took a further 5 days. No offer of recompense or apology. Very inconvenient. Customer service needs to be much better.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you received the wrong item, this may have been a genuine picking error. Our customer services do work hard to resolve any issues that occur and would have resolved this within 24 hours for you. The replacement would also have been shipped that same day if and where possible, therefore I am sorry if this has taken a little longer to get to you than normal. I do know delivery services across the UK are snowed under at the moment and also that you are based in IRELAND but we do try our best to get to you as quickly as possible, once again, please accept our apologies.

I ordered a Trio extractor fan from Blauberg's website. The Trio was placed in the on-line basket and the checkout completed. They acknowledged my order took payment from PayPal. A few days later I received an e-mail saying the product was out of stock and gave me the option of waiting for stock, upgrading (presumably at my expense), or a refund. I checked the Trio extractor and found that their website was showing a stock level of 1,024! My gripe is this: why allow potential customers to place items in the on-line basket, complete the transaction, take payment then inform them it's out of stock. All this despite the website showing hundreds in stock. If the stock isn't available don't allow to be ordered in the first place!

ordered and paid online paid for next day delivery order not delivered found product not available despite site showing lots of stock and indeed taking payment for none existent stock Refund.....not yet appeared obviously not happy and will pursue with credit card co.

Great customer service and advice over the phone prior to ordering. However, once I placed my order (whole house MVHR system) and paid extra for next day by noon delivery, not all the required parts were delivered. I only realised when I went to install the system and worked out parts were missing. Contacted Blauberg and was told that parts of the order weren't available and that the two parts I needed could only be delivered one month away and two months away at the earliest respectively. I wasn't informed of this when ordering online and even when I received the delivery, there was no info and no contact from Blauberg to explain this, it was only revealed when I contacted them. Awful service and I wasted my money paying for faster delivery.

The UK Director is real bad, no customer service skills at all. If A buy a unit that does not work its not my fault, you should have sent a engineer but you don't have any. I had problems and he would not deal with them, I had to contact the head office in Germany. But UK should sort problems. Issue still not fixed a year later, Bad company, find another maufacturer uk based with uk engineers. Should be a score less than 1 star.
