“Great communication. Item price was good but delivery cost was quite high for standard delivery as the item itself was less than a tenner. That said, the item was promptly received the day after ordering, so no complaints.”

“Great fans and prompt delivery to my mum in the UK, but why aren't they all available in Australia under your Australian Branch? Or why don't you have an international shipping ability I would pay for the shipping no problem.”

“Blauberg Plastic Cowled Hooded Air Ventilation Wind Baffle Wall Grille I used the above to replace a non hooded without baffle,on an exhaust fan outlet, It was easy to install, too early to say how well it prevents a back draft, although I am confident it will work. It was delivered two days after ordering.”

“So far their service has been excellent, I ordered the unit first and then started ordering the ducting etc after I managed to get the unit into the loft which was some feat as was retrofit and was a tight squeeze through the loft hatch! Next is some of the longer ducting runs which is going to be fun might be next winter before the project is complete!”

“very quick delivery, vent exactly as expected, just one very small niggle, how everything goes together is all straightforward but a length of draught excluder has been included that could be used in a variety of ways and I was wondering what the manufacturer had specifically in mind for its use.”

“Products showed as in stock on the website, but I was told they were out of stock after I ordered. They were delivered as soon as they were back in stock, but the spigots were not extended properly on the silencers, requiring me to fix them. I’ve been very happy with Blauberg UK in the past, but this time it wasn’t so great.”

“Your staff were very helpful and made the ordering a lot easier. Unfortunately when we were looking for a part we found it was out of stock which isn’t very useful when you have builders in doing the job.”

“Blauberg make a lot of good kit, some of which I own and am very happy with. Unfortunately, these items were poorly designed and flimsy. Credit it to Blauberg, they gave me a refund and paid for return postage. Despite this hiccup, I'd still recommend products from Blauberg; just not the plastic fan shrouds.”

“The service was efficient and the pricing competitive. The inline fan seemed louder than I expected, but that might be my misapprehension. What I didn't discover until after I'd installed it, is the fan, although new, was made in 2013 that is 7 years ago!! If I'd noticed sooner I'd have asked for a recently made one.”
