“I wanted bamboo shades on all the windows in my new home. I contacted a blind company that measures, orders, and installs the blinds for you. The estimate was WAY over my budget. I found Blindster on Facebook advertising a 50% off sale. I measured all the windows according to the instructions on their website. It wasn't complicated at all. Once I had all the information put in, the cost was more than 50% less than the other company and within my budget. Blindster emailed when the order went to production, when they were shipped, and when they were delivered. One box arrived mangled and wet. The blinds inside were wet. I contacted Blindster by chat, emailed pictures of the mangled, wet box and blinds. By the end of the day, I was told the blinds would be replaced at no cost to me. The blinds were not hard to install. My husband and I installed blinds on 11 windows in about 4 hours. They look beautiful! My interaction with the customer service was fantastic!”

“Customer service was great with helping me adjust my order! Hadn’t realized I ordered the wrong color until I was checking my confirmation email. They worked quickly to hault the order from production, adjusted the color, and refunded the difference from the new color.”
