“I can't believe how easy it was to work with Blindster to purchase, receive and install our blinds. My husband and I received the two pair of faux wood blinds this Sunday, opened the well-packed box, easily found the printed instructions, as well as a well-made video online for the installation. The two of us (at almost 80 BTW) were able to follow and install both blinds in less than an hour. They look handsome and professional and customer service (also absolutely pleasant) only had to help us the next day to expedite a missing magnetic valance clip for one of the blinds. We are looking forward to using Blindster again. JT”

“Product is great. Easy to install. IF, I had one critique, it would be when the order is being taken and the customer has the option of labeling the room/window, that information should be conveyed somewhere. Possibly on the box with the hardware on it. Other than that, it was a great experience.”

“We just moved into our new home, and the master bathroom has a large glass-block window over the tub. We needed something to block out light for late weekend mornings as well as keep the heat out during the summer months. We are very happy with the look and quality of the blind we chose, and are very impressed with Blindster in general. From the samples we received before placing our order all the way through receipt of our custom roman shade, the experience was very positive. This is a professional company that produces an excellent product. I have included a photo showing how the shade looks partially opened to let in light when desired.”

“The customer service was excellent. I had been worried about ordering custom made shutters online and having them fit and install in the space I needed them. The extra checks during ordering made sure that I measured correctly and I adjusted my measurements slightly due to their questions and assistance. I am glad that I did as they fit perfectly and I had no issues installing them upon arrival. I would highly recommend Blindster for anyone looking for an alternative to expensive custom window shutters.”

“Great experience with Blindster. Recently ordered 2" wood blinds during a sale. Great price! Received order on time and blinds were delivered in well packaged boxes preventing damage. Easy install in matter of 10 minutes if you are handy. Would definitely recommend Blindster.”

“The blinds fit perfectly. The instructions were good. I would let people know that they should push the back tabs of the clips with a flathead screwdriver to loosen them up. They were pretty stiff, but after just pushing on them, a few times they clipped in easily. I will definitely be buying from you again.”

“We used Blindster for our previous remodel and was happy with them. So we used them again for this remodel and again very happy with the color choice and quality. Only complaint I have is from the time they inform us as "shipped" only means that the shipping label was created. It took Fed Ex another week to pickup then almost a week and a half to get to Michigan, so almost 3 weeks after it was "shipped". Don't quite get it but it is also free so can't complain too bad. They are really easy to install also.”
