Leaves withered and bent,brownish instead of green.these flowers were beyond”sleepy” they were just ice ice cold:-( alstromeria still limp even after having a drink,Solidaster(solidago) not fresh turning a browny shade on edge of the petals.I was so delighted to receive the gift from a kind caring friend,as a cheer as I am seriously poorly,I thanked her very much but would definitely not wish to upset her as people spend their monies doing something nice,so I haven’t mentioned the poor limp quality of The Anna,foliage? What foliage :-( upsetting and sadly would never now recommend Bloom & Wild.Regards”
“I received a bouquet from my sister as a get well gift and was absolutely disgusted with the quality of the flowers sent as I know how expensive arrangements are from this company. Some of the flowers/leaves were brown at the edges, some had heads or petals missing and the stems of some were rotten halfway up. The bouquet was drab, sparse and half dead. Nothing like the photos on the website.”
“I received flowers for my birthday but was disappointed with the quality . There
were 2 boken stems (no heads) in the box along with some very tired looking flowers. Two of which I had to throw away as they had brown petals at the base of the stem.
They were delivered on time by Royal Mail.”

“It was lovely to receive a gift of flowers after my husband passed away , I was quite disappointed in the quality , 3 of the heads had fallen off the stems and 2 were broken/bent so couldn’t use them . I have no idea how much my friend paid for the gift but I’m sure she would be very upset to know that they arrived in such a state , I have tried to add photos of the broken stems but won’t load ?”
“I have had my first bouquet delivered they were mainly dead my sister got credit so sent another bouquet different type and the roses poor quality get better in my supermarket never had a problem with your quality before very disappointed 😞”

“I’ll start this by saying I did receive a refund which is why the 2 stars instead of 1.
I placed an order several weeks ago, and the day before it was set to be delivered I received notification saying it had been dispatched to Royal Mail and received a tracking number. It was due to be delivered yesterday, but as I checked the tracking for most of the day it never updated. So today, I tried checking the tracking again, only for the link no longer to be working. I reached out to them through their chat box, and was told my order would be delivered in 3 days. I asked why, and was told that unfortunately the ran out of stock.
So, while apparently having no stock they dispatched my order. Then decided not to inform me they would be sending it late. Horrible service. I have seen countless reviews of things not showing up on time. What a waste of a flower company.”
“I paid for special delivery and left a note on the delivery instructions which was ignored. I found out the delivered gift was thrown over the garden fence and not delivered after the time I specified in the notes. I paid for a service which did not deliver.”

“I ordered letterbox flowers at 3.30pm and they were delivered the following morning. The tulips had the bulbs left on which mean’t they could be planted in the garden once the flowers had died.
