My mothers day flowers were delivered but hidden behind a building material and as no notification was left, they were not discovered for over week.

I received the 'Anna' bunch of flowers from my son for mothers day. As stated in box, they arrived 'sleepy' but once trimmed and in water they came to life. Almost 3 weeks on and still looking lovely. Obviously have had to trim etc, but still good nonetheless.

The code on my flowers was 780118590 They were delivered on Mother's day,and it said on the box, they would bloom within 48 hours, and they haven't,also there were three broken carnations in the bunch. I was a little disappointed. My daughter Miss R Hide, ordered them for me, and they were delivered to 59 Sandiway avenue, Widnes, WA88LE.

Nice flowers for Mother's Day which did not need me to be in when they were delivered. However, they would not go through the letter box and were left outside overnight. The link to a survey and chance to win flowers did not work.

Poor quality flowers. No colour at all. Nothing like advertised on website. Very misleading. A very disappointing gift from my daughter for mothers day 😪

For what I paid, these were the worst flowers I have ever received. I got a bunch of flowers for my wife and my mother for Mother’s Day and I was so embarrassed that I went off to Waitrose and drove to my mother to directly give her a decent bunch of flowers. They should be ashamed.

Very disappointed with the quality and state of your flowers…a few broken stems to add to the mix…. They are beyond sleepy … they are hanging on to life by a thread! I will never ever buy flowers from this company… they were fit only for the compost heap! Unfortunately they were a gift from a dear friend and I am reticent to tell her of the state of her kind thoughtful gift What a con … Hope you can improve if you intend to continue your business….

Received a letterbox gift of flowers - very disappointed with quantity and quality of flowers inside- had to add a few blooms from another delivery from M&S to make a reasonable display. This is the second time your flowers have been poor so I would never use bloomandwild to send flowers to anyone.

I am Mrs Mary Jackman and you will see I have had a few orders . The latest chocolate brownie I received and I did not want to buy them although they are very nice. I am 92 years old and the technology I am trying to get used to. I did not realise you had kept details of my payment card as when I tried to pay I was ordering another order of flowers to my daughter in law Mrs Kathryn Jackman. I did not realise I sent her 5 lots of flowers. I am surprised you did not question this. Please do not accept any more orders from me without questioning it. I have tried to phone you but have not received any reply. Thank you. Mary Jackman

I was delighted to receive some thinking of you flowers from my grandsons but very disappointed when the carnations in the molly bunch failed to open. It needed these to brighten the arrangement. Looked a bit drab.

Appalling quality letterbox flowers. I’ve had 3 letterbox flowers from friends and every “bunch” have arrived dead or half dead. Very few flowers and those that survive do not last long. Total waste of good money Buy fresh don’t buy Bloom and Wild.

Truly poor quality!! Leaves withered and bent, brownish instead of green.these flowers were beyond”sleepy” they were just ice ice cold:-( alstromeria still limp even after having a drink,Solidaster(solidago) not fresh turning a browny shade on edge of the petals.I was so delighted to receive the gift from a kind caring friend,as a cheer as I am seriously poorly,I thanked her very much but would definitely not wish to upset her as people spend their monies doing something nice,so I haven’t mentioned the poor limp quality of The Anna, foliage? What foliage :-( upsetting and sadly would never now recommend Bloom & Wild.Regards

I received a bouquet from my sister as a get well gift and was absolutely disgusted with the quality of the flowers sent as I know how expensive arrangements are from this company. Some of the flowers/leaves were brown at the edges, some had heads or petals missing and the stems of some were rotten halfway up. The bouquet was drab, sparse and half dead. Nothing like the photos on the website.

I received flowers for my birthday but was disappointed with the quality . There were 2 boken stems (no heads) in the box along with some very tired looking flowers. Two of which I had to throw away as they had brown petals at the base of the stem. They were delivered on time by Royal Mail.

I have ordered lots of flowers but this Bunch was disappointing and not like it looked on line. Very dark foliage and very dark flowers. Only limited resemblance to the picture of the flowers I based my order on (Kiri). Had to buy additional flowers to brighten it up. Expected better things.

I have been recieving flowers for so many years now, by subscription, and for my mother, up to Jan when she passed, but I still receive my subscription flowers every month and there has only been four lots were I have been disappointed, and that is a fantastic record plus flowers bought for others have been perfect, so I have nothing but very good words for bloom and wild.

0 * They forced the long box through my 1950 brass letter box and I cannot believe their delivery person would have risked doing that. They are very boring (in my opinion) flowers and were totally squashed - in fact more wispy green things and very few flowers. It is extremely embarrassing as there is no way I can tell my friend about this gift. She would be mortified. I would certainly never use this firm myself and advise all my friends not to
