Very disappointed with bouquet which showed far less flowers than advertised. When I complained I was told to re arrange them and wait till they bloomed. There were less stems than in their photo so was never going to work.

Making order from Italy to Ireland - kept blocking card. Terrible waste of time trying to resolve it - unsuccessfully!

My Grandaughter sent me a bouquet of your beautiful flowers on the 21st December, it is now 7th January and they are still looking good, even though I have removed some and I have cut them down, they are still very pleasing. So Well done Bloom and Wild. My Grandaughter and I will certainly use your company again. Many many thanks Dorothy Bond

Absolutely superb … flowers sent to me as a surprise gift when I was unwell. The Anna bunch … they cheered me up making me smile for days, lasting much longer than I ever expected. Thank you so much … the instructions on how to care for them were perfect too, together with the flower arranging tips. Many, many thanks.

The flowers were not delivered to the correct address. As they were a gift I was not expecting or tracking them. They were found some days after delivery in the grounds of a nearby church. There was no box packaging but the card was with them & a neighbour recognised my name & brought them to me! Considering the flowers had been there for several days there were in a surprisingly good condition. My complaint is not about the flowers but the delivery which seems to have been just dumping them at the churchyard. If they had gone to a neighbouring house in error, I’m sure they would have been passed on to me but delivery to a church yard?!

I ordered the festive foliage - not cheap Each stem tiny and flimsy as if one piece of eucalyptus cut to make three pieces I bought it to fill out with other flowers but it’s all very flimsy and pathetic You would put it back if you were in a florist Tiny stems Outrageous price for what I got I previously used a subscription and thought I would try again after years of Freddie’s flowers but absolutely won’t order again

I would not have given one star except that it was the only way to start writing this review. I have just received the Festive Foliage selection in utter disgust. I almost threw it away until I saw that it had come from my family. How can you have the nerve to charge people an exorbitant amount of money for a bunch of shrub clippings that have been transported without even any water to keep them in something like a good condition? But then it is always about making a profit by persuading gullible people that they are buying something exclusive. A trick as old as the hills. I have written a very distressed email to my family and sincerely hope that I will never again be in receipt of anything from Bloom and Wild again.

My flowers for my mum were delivered to the wrong address the royal mail told me they had put the wrong address on. I am devastated.and want a refund.

I have no idea when my flowers were delivered even though I was in for 2 days they must have been delivered. I found a bedraggled bunch of flowers left on my path in the wind and rain and the packaging soaked. The card I found on the footpath otherwise I wouldn't have known who they were from. I feel a note should have been put through the door so I would have known they were there. I'm sure when they were chosen they were lovely

The tree sent to me by a family member arrived FLAT , squashed into a box, it's roots cut off each side so the it will fit in. I love trees, I am appalled that this living thing was so badly treated. I have repotted it in my garden, I hope it will survive.

The flowers looked a little tired on arrival but within half an hour in water looked amazing. They lasted about 10 days. Loved them

Excellent service, arrived on time my cousin says the flowers came in very good condition. Three days on she says the perfume is really nice. Will definitely use this company again and will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Marie Lee

Most of the flowers are ok, but as the recipient I am disappointed with the pink roses which look tired with brown edges to the petals on arrival. I can't upload an image, have tried several times.

Royal Mail didn't deliver the letter box flowers that I ordered for someone. It's such a shame that the bloomandwild firm can't put in place a decent delivery service even in the post Covid world where online purchases and deliveries are a way of life. Won't be using their service again.

I received your flowers as a gift and I was disappointed they bore no resemblance to any of the illustrations of your bouquets on your website and had significantly fewer flowers than I would have expected three carnations and three flocks and a lot of very uninteresting filler material. Considering all the claims you make I don’t think the flowers lived up to expectations

My niece gave me a years subscription to Bloom and Wild as a birthday gift. A lovely idea so I had fresh flowers all year. Lovely colour mixes. I have to give a mixed review. I have had two bunches that have had some not very good flowers amongst it and this last bunch my florist would not have sent out. Dead leaves down what I think are purple asters stems, a dead rose. One of the roses that are left the petals keep falling. The carnations are doing very well I am pleased to say. Sadly the greenery which comes from a bush is not happy either. withering at the ends. I have followed the instructions to the letter with every bunch. I hate leaving negative reviews.

I found a box on my doormat and the flowers looked “asleep” but I followed the instruction and they woke!They are lovely. now, days later and they have more still to give Full marks to Bloom and Wild!

My darling brother gave me 3 months of bouquets for Christmas. Each month a bouquet arrived- the 3 were very different from each other and most of the flowers were in bloom when the following month's bouquet arrived- I have enjoyed watching the blooms unfold and develop each month and have had some beautiful flowers that I had never seen before- what a fabulous present! I may need to treat myself to some more once all of this last month's flowers are past their best.

I sent the lemon tree to a friend who had just come out of hospital. It arrived the next day after ordering it. She was delighted. This is about the 18th time I have used Bloom and Wild and all my friends/relatives that have received them have all been very pleased.
