I would advise to not deal with this company. The picture on the left is what is advertised on their website and the one on the right is what was received. I also paid extra and upgraded to a bigger bunch then pictured. As you can see it is not what I paid for ($89.90). I have spoken to the company and keep getting the run around. They say they will be intouch within 24 hours but you never hear from them. Very disappointed ☹️

Overpriced Mother's Day bouquet arrived broken, dead and moldy. Bloomex customer service refused to refund the purchase price. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I don’t typically write negative reviews but this one called for it!Bloomex US and Canada are scammers! They charge people and do not deliver the requested item. I paid extra for a pink vase and an ordinary vase was delivered. I even paid extra for a deluxe bouquet and it was a very sorry looking bouquet, not deluxe by any means. I am so disappointed. To add to that, their customer service is absolute garbage. Last year I ordered from their US site and a box of chocolates that I paid extra $15 dollars wasn’t delivered. Order from somewhere else I’d say. Terrible service! They ruin peoples occasions!

Couldn't possibly give a lower review. They are the worst quality, the flowers are an embarrassment to put on the table. Wilted on arrival, broken, and not at all a full bouquet. The picture is the morning after the delivery.

Please DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST……..they failed to deliver until 6 days after promised delivery date, and when the flowers finally arrived they were dead. This company does not care about its customers. They failed to give me a refund. I am taking legal advice.

ZÉRO ÉTOILE POUR BLOOMEX ZERO STAR FOR BLOOMEX Je suis extrêmement choquée! J'ai fait envoyé des fleurs par cette entreprise. J'ai commandé le 24 février pour une livraison le 26 février entre 9h et midi. J'ai même payé un extra pour que ce soit livré un samedi matin. Devinez quoi? Ils ont livré le vendredi matin, laissé les fleurs dans la neige, n'ont pas appelé la personne qui les recevait et n'ont pas communiqué avec nous. Résultat: Les fleurs ont été retrouvées par hasard enfouies sous la neige et complètement fanées! J'ai communiqué avec l'entreprise le lundi matin pour leur signaler le problème et que je voulais un remboursement complet. J'en ai profité pour leur demandé ma facture car ils ne me l'avaient pas envoyée. Ils m'ont répondu que m'a demande passerait sous investigation et qu'on me donnerait des nouvelles d'ici 24h. J'ai attendu jusqu'à aujourd'hui et c'est moi qui vient de les rappeler. Après une semaine, je n'avais toujours pas reçu de nouvelles! J'ai enfin pu parlé à quelqu'un en français, oh miracle car les deux dernière fois, c'était impossible. La jeune femme m'a offert un bon d'achat de $10 pour ma prochaine commande, ce que j'ai refusée. Je ne commanderai plus JAMAIS avec eux! J'ai demandé un remboursement complet d'ici 24h sinon ils auront mon avis Bloomex sur Facebook et Instagram! JE SUPPOSE QUE J'AURAI UNE RÉPONSE AUSSI PLATE QUE CE QUE LES AUTRES CLIENTS INSATISFAITS ONT EU...

VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!! I purchased the sweetheart IV floral arrangement package deal for total of $68 including delivery and taxes. This arrangement was originally $99 went on sale. This is what I received compared to the advertising picture. I have ordered flowers before and this had been the worse I have seen. This was meant to be special for my husband instead I have to go out and order him another arrangement for him. This is garbage. Are kidding me Bloomex???See picture of advertised product vs arrangement received.

The flowers were broken and dead. The customer service department is ignorant. I was hung up on and yelled at. I had to approach my bank to get a refund. Buyer beware!

I used Bloomex specifically because they offered a bouquet of gerber daisies, my cousin's favourite flowers. The price was right so I chose the super sized bouquet, the amount of flowers she actually got, was pitiful for "super-sized". Not only that, but I specifically searched the town that she lives in thinking that the flowers would be from or close to there, no they were shipped by Fed Ex, and instead of arriving the same day, arrived 2 days late. I was given the wrong address for delivery, and my cousin and I spent 3 days fighting with Fed Ex on the phone to get the flowers delivered even though I specifically had to provide my cousin's phone number in order to complete the delivery order. If you're not going to call before delivery or if there's a mistake, why ask for the deliveree's phone number? Fed Ex kept the flowers even though they were only 10 minutes from my cousin's home (cousin couldn't pick up as she was isolating with Covid, hence why I was sending her the flowers), and when they finally did arrive, there was no water in the vase (which I had to pay extra for) and the flowers were brown and wilted. Absolutely horrendous arrangment and customer service. So disappointing.

My friend was feeling down so I thought I'd send her some bright flowers to cheer her up. What I chose and what she received are not even in the same class. I order a Birthday designer Collection I boquet - roses, mums, daisies, mini carnations, fresia and greens. What she received, 4 carnations and some cheap looking flowers that I can buy at Safeway for $9. I was embarassed by the cheap bouquet. While I understand that substitues are sometimes required, this was not even close to being anything like what I ordered. Buyer beware. Contacted them, they offered me a discount on my next order. Like I would EVER use their business again - NOT!

Ordered a sympathy flowers for the next day delivery, not only the flowers showed up a day later, but on delivery it was left outside without any attempt to ring the bell or knock, in the frigid temperature in the snow.. plus it was looking NOTHING like advertised.. "blue hues' with zero blues was sent.. SAVE YOUR MONEYS PEOPLE.. highly dissatisfied and disappointed with how the whole thing was handled.. Do NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

I would give zero star for Bloomex AU. I had ordered. What I ordered was not what was delivered. How embarrassing! Not only for me being the sender but for Bloomex. When I sent an email re: my concerns, I got an excuse and an apology and I specifically asked they re send what I actually ordered. This was one of 4 flower arrangements I had sent this month and they were dismissive of my ask. I will never order from them again! If only I had read the reviews first. This is the first time I’m leaving a public review. Beyond disappointed.

My girlfriend has received her roses on time for her birthday, all fresh and no wilted flowers. Bloomex Edmonton really delivered. The actual flowers are more gorgeous than in the website photos. Thank you so much for making my girlfriend happy. Fantastic service! Order Number: 3533403

Very poor service from Bloomex, roses arrived completely frozen and were wilted and dropping pedals in 35 mins. If this so called ‘Canadian Official Florist’ would pay attention to their customers and consistent poor reviews perhaps there wouldn’t be so many unsatisfied customers. They won’t guarantee perishables that are prepared and delivered, so why advertise such ? Nope..No recommendation from our family. Terrible business.

I ordered a SUPERSIZE Serenade and I received a Standard bouquet. It was supposed to have white Lilies and lavender roses, and I didn't get a single Lily and the roses were pink. So I received a complete different bouquet from what I had ordered. After my first complaint, they offered me a 20$ store credit. When I complained again, they offered to send it again. They keep refusing to do a full refund, saying is against their policies. So, this can happen to you. These guys don't understand that people order the favorite flowers and colors of the person you are giving the flowers to, and by sending a complete different arrangement they are screwing up the whole thing. Just go to your local flower shop or other site, but DO NOT buy from this site. I'm filing a complaint to the small claims court. BTW, I'll give this ZERO stars.

Infuriating to say the least. My boyfriend is currently out of state & I was feeling a little lonely therefore he made an order from Bloomex on Thursday so it could get here for either Friday/Saturday. He payed the quick delivery as it was advertised that it would take a day. Anyways Saturday comes & still no flowers, I try calling customer service and nobody answers so I head to the live chat. I was assured it would be there before 8PM and not to worry. It never came. I waited a full week and it finally came, I was beyond upset. I actually got in touch with someone on Tuesday and they were saying the same but nothing came. Delivery wasn't even the worst issue. He had gotten a huge bouquet of red, white and pink roses with a card & a teddy bear, it was 70$ before everything. I can't even make this up but there was about 7 flowers in the bouquet, 3 red roses and 4 pink carnations. They were so small and barely even bloomed. Absolutely nothing like the picture they advertised online. And the card, they glued an uneven piece of white paper inside with a printed messaged, looks like a 4 year old made it. The teddy is about the size of my toe. I had never seen such horrible advertising, it was all false. I called about 4 times with no answer, so I emailed. I sent in pictures I took to compare whats shown online. I was responded to a day later saying it was sent to the manager, he only contacted me 2 days later. A long paragraph was sent saying how my bouquet was beautifully done, nothing was wrong with it, the delivery was correct & theres nothing they can do about it. I was in shock considering its not rocket science to know how obviously false their advertising is. I give them another call, finally someone picks up, I had to leave work to do this. After my loud complaining and frustration taking over, I was told it still looked beautiful but then I realized he was re reading the email trying to get rid of me. Long story short with my yelling & hard head he offered to send me cookies? I told him no, I expect a brand new bouquet of flowers shown exactly how its advertised online. It took me 30 minutes to do so, refused to let me speak to a manager, but he agreed on sending me a new one and would be here in 4 days. I will follow up on this when I receive the order. All this to say, coming from a marketing director, the advertising is beyond false and needs to be reported immidietly and customer service needs to be taken care of. I had never dealt with such a horrible company. i really hope they make up for it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever gotten. Misleading, deceitful, late, arrogant ... everything that a business dealing with human emotions should never be. When you order one thing to be delivered on a certain day, because it matters (!) and it gets delivered, without any notification the day after... and you get, instead of white and lavender breath of fresh air bouquet that I've ordered, a lovely Thanksgiving bouquet delivered to your daughter, the day AFTER her birthday - I am sure you too would get upset, feel deceived and misled by the company's commitment AND the hefty price you paid. I got an email at 12:32 am the day after (Aug. 26) that my order was "in packaging", than another one at 8:19 am that it is "in transit" and when I called them to inquire about my order not being delivered when it should have been, there's no "available representatives". "Please leave your name and order number and the first available representative will call you back!" Ah hour later ... no call. I call back, but time I press #1 "to place an order". Wham!!!! Someone picked up right away! And then the agony that lasted more than an hour began... lying about the text message sent... lying about the email sent the day prior, when the delivery was ordered for (Aug. 25)... and a cherry on a cake was when the "manager" said: "We will make it bigger." Oh darn, I've already paid for the "super-sized" bouquet 💐, so I think he meant the Purolator delivery dude, already en-route to Pemberton was going to pick few daisies our of his ---(garden) along the way and stick them in... Everything about this company is deceiving, unprofessional and unreliable. As when I was placing an order, over the phone, the representative NEVER mentioned they didn't have a "partner" in Pemberton, although he took the time to check the address and charge me EXTRA for the delivery, which I found out about the day AFTER the delivery was requested for. Had I known I would have ordered from the local florist and be sure my girl gets her gift on time and fresh! And in the end these are three dead balloons and the flowers she got... Beware of such business practices. I've learned my lesson. Bloomex happens to be THE WORST experience I've ever had as a consumer of various services. And I am about to become a member of "Bloomex Sucks" group of almost 3K members. I wish I had found them sooner..

WORST QUALITY WORST QUALITY, WORST COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVISE !! I have never written a review in my life. My experience was so negative with Bloomex that I am forced to share my negative experience. From the UK I called Bloomex and Ordered 12 varied colour roses for my nieces 18th birthday, for March 16th, delivery in Canada. I requested agent the roses be tied with red ribbon, roses wrapped in red paper , with baby’s breath. I was assured it will be sent to florist in special instructions., and it wouldn’t be an issue. They will be buds. “A LIE” Website states : ‘Flowers are made by our professionally trained floral designers at our own production facilities’ “Having our own florists making the designs is how we ensure order accuracy.” ‘Due to the high volume of orders processed daily and with direct buying from the growers, our flowers are fresher.’ Product Description SKU: LF11-55 “To allow these beautiful flowers to last much longer, they are delivered fresh, budding and ready to bloom” Total misrepresentation The Product description didn’t mention possibility of the roses being different colour as shown in the image. The Card Spelling Errors . I was on the call for 45 minutes long distance , the agent couldn’t get the spelling correct despite many times repeating the card arrived with mistakes. I was very excited for my Neice to receive this arrangement on her special day. The roses arrived NOT AS DESCRIBED WHITE ROSES WERE MISSING, BABY PINK WAS REPLACED WITH DARK PINK , THE SMALL GREENERY WAS MISSING , NO ROBBON NO RED PAPER NO BABYS BREATH AS PROMISED. ROSES DEAD , DROOPING , FULLY BLOOMED , BROWNING. I was embarrassed , to send such cheap quality roses. I have been calling Bloomex since the 16th. The customer service operator answers and stated they will pass to management team to contact me. Despite me Repeatdly telling them I only want a refund, the birthday gone moment has gone, I don’t want redelivery, or coupon. They aren’t addressing my refund request. It’s like I’m a hostage I must either buy from them again or accept redelivery. Bloomex replied on the 19th “we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we are able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. We noticed a few damaged stems on your bouquet. Please note, that the colour of the ribbon can be substituted in the florist run out of the particular colour. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the misspeling on the card. We appreciate your business with us and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue by offering an in-store credit for future use. Please let us know if we should proceed. Kind regards, Bloomex Team.” I can’t believe this company saying the bouquet was received with their policy, and they noticed a few damaged stems , despite viewing the photos. Very cheap company third class customer service , who are risking their reputation for $53.09. Instead of trying to compensate me for the embarrassment offering a refund , they are not calling me or addressing my refund request. I had also placed an order for 24 roses for my sisters birthday to be delivered on the 23rd. I cancelled the order on 7 days before delivery, they deducted $25.00 according to policy. Despite me explaining my reason for cancellation was, the poor quality sent on the 16th I simply don’t trust their word or their quality. They are failing to respond. I would very buy from this company agin , customers please beware Note Bloomex : Please don’t reply on Trust Pilot or email with apology , or any other explanation , you have none. Or any offers of redelivery or a voucher , other then full refund. Only reply if you agree to refund the $53.09 for the order delivered on the 16th of March , and $25.00 deducted for the order cancelled for the 23rd of March. I rate this company zero.
