I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed two seperate orders but with the same flowers that were to be delivered. The recipients received a completely different bouquet while none of the flowers were the same. There was no bow on the vase as in the photo, the vase was different for BOTH orders, there were no roses, not even the colour scheme was the same. The carnations in one of the photos were broken off when arrived. One of the cards weren't even on a stick while one of them was on stick. Do not purchase from here. I ordered all roses and received dried up carnations instead. This company is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL floral company in Canada. No wonder the reviews are so low. Hope they get shut down. See below for what I ordered vs what was delivered - such a scam.

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had, order flowers 3 days prior for my Mothers citizenship ceremony that I was unable to attend, by 4pm they had not arrived call their call centre , the system was broken and kept cutting me off, after the 4th time I got through only to be told they would be delivered before e8pm, when I pointed out that the tiny rural township she lived in wouldn't have a courier service that late I was told to wait, they of course were not delivered and my mother thought all day I had forgotten. They arrived the next morning by post in a manky looking cardboard box, they had no water and were dry and crushed, I had ordered the extravagant option, these looked like they were from the supermarket, with cheap plastic wrap and were far from extravagant. When I contacted them, I had to send photos, twice, then they came back with an email saying I would be offered 15% off my next order, are you kidding me!!! NEVER use this company, their product is shoddy and their customer service the worst I have ever experienced!!

Total nightmare. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my sister, who was recovering from surgery. It was to arrive on the Sunday, it did not, I called and they said it would arrive on the Tue, it did not, I called on Wed and was told it was "due to a supply shortage" but it would be delivered asap, however I received an email telling me it would be delivered by Friday and no mention of a shortage. I just called now (Fri) still no delivery and they offered to "cancel and credit my card" ....unacceptable and I feel I was given the run around with untruthful answers. Heather Mississauga ON

I got 10 flowers! Look at the pics please. I paid 167 dollars for a 2 dozen flowers and supersized it into 30. Two mylar balloons. A pink vase. Birthday card. Truffles. They sent this and wanted to give me credit. I don't want to do business with them anymore. Cause I saw what kinda business they do. They should've called me and said they can't fulfill the order. They said the location wasn't in their market and the local florist has to put something together. I asked for a refund and they said it's against policy. I will share this review on all sites and make sure everyone never uses them.

Bloomex was supposed to deliver the selected bouquet on Jan 19th, but delivered a VERY substandard bouquet (missing most of the main flowers shown) 3 days later. And this was after a 2nd attempt at using them when they couldn't/wouldn't deliver but took my money. They wouldn't refund, but only gave me a store credit. I don't recommend anyone using them in Canada!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the flower delivery service provided by Bloomex. I ordered a bouquet for my anniversary, hoping to surprise my girlfriend with a beautiful arrangement. However, the flowers delivered were only half the size of what was advertised. This discrepancy completely ruined the surprise and derailed our special day. To add insult to injury, the vase I specifically requested was shattered upon arrival. Bloomex not only failed to deliver the promised product but also damaged what little they did deliver. What infuriates me the most is their refusal to issue a refund despite their gross incompetence. They have ruined a significant milestone for us, and their lack of accountability is appalling. I urge everyone who has suffered from Bloomex's subpar service to join forces in standing up for our consumer rights. It is unacceptable for a business to operate this way, and we should not let them get away with it. I strongly advise against anyone considering their services. Engaging with such a customer-centric business is simply unacceptable. Order number: 04200014. Company answer: "Although we do our best to acquire flowers that closely resemble the pictures on our website, there may be some variance due to differences in computer monitors and what Mother Nature provides from crop to crop. Please be aware that certain flowers may have shifted from their original position as a result of their travel time or the angle at which the picture was taken, which may mislead to assume otherwise. The design and the color scheme of the arrangement were upheld by the florist." P.S. I ordered the largest size - "Supersize"

Flowers were sparse with no baby’s breath or fern stems thrown together not designed despite spending close to 70 dollars the flowers look like they were bought at Walmart extremely disappointed .Ordered the Make a Wish arrangement the only wish I’d like to make is ordering through another florist next time. My Mom turned 90 and lives in Windsor I’m in Colorado so really trusted the company to make something beautiful, see pic sad arrangement order #04150691

I ordered a "Supreme" funeral arrangement for my mother in laws funeral before ordering i asked how many flowers would be in the arrangement I was told 24 for standard, 36 for deluxe and 54 for supreme, I paid the additional upcharge for the supreme. When the arrangement arrived it had 24 flowers in it and no ribbon. I questioned Ellen's Florist in the Miramichi who said, we are a 3rd party, this is what you are getting. The first photo is what I received, the second photo is what I ordered. Buyer beware

I ordered an elegant stand of white roses, they sent cheap daisy stand with the horrible arrangement that looked like it has been used. Totally scam! See the attached pictures for yourself.

Be cautious when ordering from Bloomex, what they say and what they do is two different story. Would never order from this company again. What you see on the website is NOT what you will get. When you call Bloomex they should be honest and tell you that the flower arrangements may look different then the picture they show on the website. And not promise that it will be delivered the day you ask, it was a day late 🥺

Fool Me Once...
Bait and switch. Just wanted to send a cheap and cheerful bouquet with quick delivery and what the recipient received was so far departed from the purchase it's laughable. WISH I'D GOOGLED FIRST! I was told the flowers were at least fresh looking, guess that's something. First image is what I ordered, second image is what they got. This is a scam company, do not buy from them.

This is the second and last time I will use Bloomex, the first order arrived 4 days late and in very poor condition. The second order was a day late when I asked it be cancelled, I was told I cannot be cancelled because it was in delivery. In fact it was not in delivery. It did not arrive for another 3 days and when it arrived it was in such poor condition the recipient did not accept the package. Now Bloomex is refusing to issue a refund. I have paid for services I have not received. Bloomex is a terrible company and do not recommend them to anyone.

I had the deluxe bunch of sunflowers delivered to my daughter when she had given birth to my adorable grand daughter. The flowers were wilted and only a few in the bunch. I paid for what i thought was a clear vase, and she received a discusting red one. I most definitely will not use this company again.

I ordered the deluxe calla lily bouquet for my sick aunt and she received 6, yes 6, wilting roses. It was actually so shocking and embarrassing. Bloomex will do nothing to fix it, they just offered a 20% off future order (I would never order again) and then I complained more and got a full credit. I looked more into them and they are just completely heartless frauds. DO NOT ORDER. They need to be put out of business. I have attached photos... the first one is the small calla lily bouquet and mine was double the cost so I figured I'd get about double the amount of that. They second one is what she received. These wilting roses were $75. Look further into it, they only have good reviews that they pay for and they have thousand of bad BBB and site reviews. There was also a CBC Marketplace on them.

I'm from Ukraine. Yesterday was my sister's birthday. Before Yesterday I have paid for bouquet with roses and lavender + cute box of chocolate candies. But yesterday my sister get cheaper carnations with 3 roses + cheaper candies ( I have photo screen with prices of sweets I paid for vs sweets that was delivered to my sister). The company changed all produtc from my order for worse. Company did this without my knowledge. As for me, it's dishonest and not fair, that Bloomex is selling you worse and cheaper products, when you pay for and wait for the specific product at a higher price. They say that some sort of flowers can be not available because of season. But, in my opinion, if some flowers don't grow at this season, thay can't be on website in this seasson! I'm sure, that Bloomex hasn't good products (flowers and sweets). The products on website are sham. They take more money for better (sham) products and than they sell you worse products. I am very upset, dissapoited and angry. My sister is far from home, far from me ant other close persons. I wanted she was surprided and happy. But the Bloomex company ruined all my good intentions.

BRUTAL! BUYER BEWARE! We used this company recently to send multiple fruit baskets to colleagues who lost loved ones over the past few months. We didn't realize how bad the products were (because everyone was too polite to say) until I received a basket myself last month. I was mortified to realize what my colleagues had received on behalf of co-workers who wanted to express their condolences. The $120 fruit basket had about $3.00 worth of rotten fruit in it. The clementines were so old, the skin was hard, and the fruit inside was dried up and rattling around. The customer service is horrific, just nonsense excuses, with absolutely no interest in refunding money, replacing the product or retaining valuable clients. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't waste your time or money.

PLEASE NOTE Bloomex buys ratings by offering a $20 credit for positive reviews. On Friday, Feb 24, I ordered a 'guaranteed' birthday delivery for Saturday, Feb 25 and three days later, received absolute rubbish. Bloomex is closed on Sunday so I called on the next business day, Monday, Feb 27. Because the flowers still hadn't arrived and the birthday had already passed, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. That's when I was told the order was in transit. I did not receive an email indicating that the order was in transit. The status changed suddenly when I asked for a refund. Before the order was accepted, someone from Bloomex contacted me by phone to confirm the delivery address, which would have been the perfect time to let me know that the delivery would not be delivered on time (despite the "guaranteed birthday delivery" promised on their website). I would have immediately cancelled the order. Instead, the information was withheld. The flowers were delivered three days late, on Feb 28. What was ordered (Blue Horizons "supersize" — the website show eight roses, star gazer lilies, irises, premium fillers) was a far cry from what was received (four roses, a shabby batch of badly-dyed carnations and cheap filler). There is nothing on the website suggesting that "fair and appropriate substitions" in their most extravagant pricing option would result in fewer flowers and trashy ones at that. Neither does the website mention that specials will not be honoured outside of their "local" delivery zones (again, no indication of said zones). Though far less of an issue, but just as misleading, they charged $10 for "authentic Scottish shortbread" that turned out to be two very thin cookies. It took five attempts before I received any response from Bloomex and they refused to refund my money, instead offering credit that I would presumably use for more bad service and rubbish flowers at some future date.

On February 22 2023 I ordered a beautiful, full bouquet with large bright flowers for my sister's birthday. I paid over 80.00 for it. What she received was completely pathetic. When comparing the actual product to the advertisement, there is zero resemblance to the product in the photo. I reached out to Bloomex and their response was to say that it met their quality standards. The bouquet had the wrong colour of flowers, wasn't wrapped and presented as expected (which was an extra charge); and most importantly it was missing some of the important floral details that were the reason I purchased it in the first place; but they didn't care about that and insist that the bouquet received has the correct number of stems, which is impossible as it's missing specific flowers. They have refused to give me a refund despite the website ensuring customer satisfaction. The reviews from their site are absolute garbage, as they indicate a high percentage of customer satisfaction. That couldn't be further from the truth. I only wish I had thought to look for more reviews before purchasing. If I had, I would have seen that their overall customer rating is atrocious and the reviews are filled with similar experiences to my own. I am filing a complaint with the BBB in hopes that I will receive a refund and keep others from going through this. I strongly suggest that anyone looking to order flowers should look elsewhere. The photos on the bloomex site are completely misleading and their service is non-existent. The real flowers in no way resemble the picture of the product ordered, no refund has been given by their atrocious customer service, and they continue to say that the flowers meet their standards. BUYER BEWARE: BLOOMEX Lacks reliability, quality assurance & customer centricity A great concept for widespread flower delivery but BLOOMEX needs to work on the fundamentals of quality and customer service. Here is my unbelievably poor experience for order 3940455: 1) It was one of the coldest days of the year and the delivery guy leaves the flowers on the porch in sub-below zero temperatures. Flowers were not found till later that evening at which point they were damaged (see pictures). ------Why didn’t the delivery guy ring the door bell (the recipient of the flowers was home…I paid extra to have them delivered that day knowing she was home.)? ------Why didn’t the delivery guy follow the clear delivery instructions which said to call when delivering? ------Why would BLOOMEX policy include leaving flowers on the porch in such weather, damage is undeniable? 2) I called BLOOMEX and yeah I get it BLOOMEX needed proof that the flowers were damaged. So now the gesture of appreciation, that I had intended for the flower recipients are now inconvenienced to take pictures and the timeliness and reason for sending the flowers is now spoiled. But yes I sent the pictures and a full explanation of what happened. 3) Hearing nothing I called this morning Monday (3 days after the delivery was to occur). To add insult to injury I am connected to Manager “Abu” who proceeds to aggressively tell me that he sent me an email response (which I did not receive), he further does not listen to my concerns and then essentially tells me my only option is that flowers can be resent. I’m not able to get a word in and then he hangs up. Unbelievable!!! I’m so dumb founded that I called back and was told I will get a call back for which I CONTINUE TO WAIT. So in a nutshell thanks to BLOOMEX: I lost my money. I did not get the product I paid for (what was delivered was also not what I ordered). Bloomex spoiled my gesture of thank you towards my friends. I have been treated with complete disrespect by BLOOMEX representative Manager Abu. BLOOMEX has offered me no compensation. BLOOMEX = Disappointment!

Purchased flowers to have delivered to sick friend in hospital! Day of delivery we get an email stating the location was to remote which was a hospital in the middle of the city! We called and they again explained the same! We requested a refund to which they responded with it would have to be discussed with management! That was a week ago so we called again today only to be told the same thing! Do not purchase from this company its a scam!

Ordered flowers to be sent to a seniors home. Floral was ordered on the 29th of December 2022. I contacted bloomex on the 2nd of January regarding the flowers as they still had not been delivered. The woman on the phone said nothing could be done as they were in transit. I informed her that I ordered them on the 29th and they said in transit then and were scheduled for delivery on the 30th. Bloomex was called again on the 3rd of January as I had not heard anything. They said the flowers were delivered to the home the recipient was staying at on the 3rd. I received a text from her daughter telling me to ask for my money back as the flowers were so terrible looking below are pictures of what I bought and what was sent. If you want a horrible experience and an embarrassing bouquet of flowers sent, use bloomex

What I ordered vs what I received. I give them 0 stars. Quality not acceptable. Paid extra for delivery prior to noon but arrived after 5pm. Delivery guy left glass door opened which could have broken door. Customer service is garbage! I paid 95$ and was reimbursed 4.20$. Don't waste your time ordering from them if in ottawa area.

Actually I would give them zero stars if I could......Although delivered on time, I am very disappointed and embarrassed! My sister-in-law just received the basket of flowers I sent her for her 65th birthday. It is nothing at all like what I ordered from the website!! Advertised as originally $79.99, but on limited time special for $39.99. What she received was in a cheap pink plastic dollar-store type basket with completely different flowers. I have emailed the company to fix this, and told them I would contact BBB if not satisfied. I am still waiting.

I only gave it 1 star because I can't give 0. I ordered flowers for my best friend to lift her spirits and was so excited to find a beautiful lavender bouquet on the website. Once received, I saw that it looked nothing like the picture on the website where the picture had included a few lavender roses and the bouquet received only had one rose in a very different color. The flowers were in poor condition and when I advised the company by showing them pictures of what was received, they said they're within their policies and apologize for my unfortunate experience but at the end of the day, was not willing to do anything to rectify the situation. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never buy flowers from here again > :( Please save your money! There are so many other competent florists who care about their customers, Bloomex definitely isn't one of them. I have attached pictures of the flowers on the website and what was received. You will see, they look nothing alike!
