“Bad service, even if they have unavailability they still take orders and then ask to switch from one category of product to another and if you request cancellation they charge 20% charge , would never purchase from this site”

“Hi, 29thJune 2024 I order flowers and cards to delivery in pondicherry the delivery date was 30th June 2024. Until now they delivered it my order no BV24209942. I paid through online i have the proof. Bloomsvilla send msg its was delivered on 1st of July.
I asked the proof of delivered until now they did't come back. there phone number is also not reachable. can any one advice me how I get back my money from them.

“Very very poor service...I ordered cake and flowers to be delivered sday, but til now it is not, however the estimated delivery time still shows sdays date which is ridiculous.

“Ordered flowers but on the day of delivery,status initially shown as on way now says flowers are unavailable. They can substitute it with cakes!
If I wanted cake I would have ordered cake,not flowers.
Bad experience, bloomsvilla cannot be used again.

“NO DELIVERY OF FLOWERS but moneies taken. Customer Service which only exists on email insists that delivery was done. Unable to share proof of delivery and now not refunding money for services that were not provided. This is a joke.
Extremly unporfesional and bordering on FRAUD as clear as day light. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, PERIOD and save your money.”
“Ordered roses for a birthday on 31 May for delivery on 1st June. This company is Bangalore based. On 2nd June a flowery mat was delivered.
The company denied this item and said the flowers were delivered at Kollam and they could not give me proof to whom they delivered and when. They said that the product received was not theirs.
They offered to compensate and give a gift card. I asked for refund they refused as I paid online. The helpline is busy 24 hrs. I could only send email. I am unable to send the pic of the rose and their item delivered which they say is not their. Your browser below to send pic is not working”
“Worst site ever I ordered flower and bottle almost 1300 rs . After order updated to deliver on some date and got confirmation to to deliver but it was not delivered even after 4 days also no clue . They don’t pick call in the given no . Email response they told lie that tried delivery 2 times but it’s lie . So want to loose your money and miss to send flower on Mother’s Day ruin your surprise choice then . Still no clue where my money where is the gift”
“Extremely disappointing experience. Before placing an order, items are listed as in stock and available. However, once payment is completed, they provide excuses for their inability to deliver the items. Why can’t they verify stock before accepting orders?
If you request a refund due to the company’s inability to deliver, they will charge you Rs. 200 for the refund request.”
