“Had paid extra for midnight delivery yesterda, it hasnt been delivered till today. No one is picking the customer care number. Probably big time fraud”
“Horrible place. They will never deliver to any address. And they've also refused to give me back my money as a refund. After asking so many times they said they can offer a gift card in return. Also they claim that they have delivered one of my flowers to my friend which is completely untrue and also gave no proof regarding this. Worst customer service I've ever seen. “Pathetic service, they say we can’t book anything after 6pm, but there website will allow us to pay and select the time for the same day at 8pm, they say we should read there conditions before purchasing so lame and pathetic service, and the told I will receive it tomorrow as priority and it’s been 12 pm and I haven’t received any, these doesn’t even know how to run a business, fraudulent website and business. “Worst website. Just a broker who connects us with local florists. I was charged extra fee of Rs. 400 for delivery on Valentine's day and it was delivered four days later, that too when I made multiple calls and emails. Zero stars.
The delivered product was also not up to the mark. The flowers were dried and pale.”

“Ordered a cake yest for my brothers Anniversary in kerala. I ordered it on 4th march 22 from Pune with Order No BV2263748 with time slot 3-6 Pm. 1st vendor called saying they received an order as it was near by the house my receiver went to collect the cake but they later said that there was some confusion till then 2nd vendor called from 40 km far regarding cake and both were confused.I mailed the customer care they said they will send the cake by 9 pm. Later at 7:15 another vendor called saying the cake cant be delivered as its damaged.. i opted for refund but company says they cant process refund.How can such silly reasons be given by the company,when you cant deliver then you should provide the refund.worst service ever.”

However they will ask you to order again and the amount will be in your account for one year, when you order again the same story repeats. These people dont deliver and take your money. Fraud.”
“Paid online for a cake on 24th feb. Website said that the cake would be delivered on 25th feb 2022 between 8am to 12pm. Received a call at 11am asking for payment of 250Rs as additional delivery charge. I Paid that amount immediately as I did not want the delivery to be delayed. Unfortunately it was not been delivered at all. Tried calling their no. Was put on hold for over half hour. No response from Bloomsvilla.”

I made an order after inputting the pincode. They said the product is available.
After the order is placed, and payment is made they say the product is not available and they will replace it with an additional Rs 150 for delivery even though while placing the order it was said that delivery is free.
The other option is to cancel with Rs 200 or 10% cancellation fee whichever is higher. Or get a gift certificate on their website with cancellation fee waived.
Either way your money is stuck.
The customer service number did not connect me for a full 10 minutes the first time.
When I finally got to a customer care executive, they put me on hold indefinitely. I had to be on call for over half an hour and then they hung up without solving the issue.
TLDR: They bait to get your money then you are stuck. Customer service is pathetic.
