“I ordered special yellow mokara orchids. These were substituted for cheaper bog standard purple ones. Very disappointing. I was offered a gift card towards the next order but of course I will not be using BloomsVilla again. Shockingly poor show.”

First, didn't get the item delivered on the day it was supposed to go out, then I get a call from them(12:21 PM) saying the item I ordered is not available, I told them to cancel my order and refund. I had purchased a caranation bouquet with a vase. First, they didn't listen to me, second, they sent a cheap rose bouquet which costs on their website less than what I have paid and a fish bowl instead of a vase! If I wanted roses, I would order them!!! The person I sent it to hates roses. I tried calling their customer care number, I kid you not, it kept on going for an hour and no one picked up!!!! I have the video proof of that.
Also, they had sent an email parallely(12:13 PM) that they are waiting for me to make a choice(which was that one cheaper option) and no other option and said if I didn't respond it 2 hours, they'll proceed with sending me the cheaper option. I replied at 1:02 PM mentioning the cancellation of the product and LO! 2 minutes later, that cheap bouquet with slightly wilted roses was delivered with that joke of a vase! I again wrote back to them saying to rectify this error, but haven't heard back from them still.
How can such people be out here scamming people like this!!! Just disgusting!!!!”

I ordered one bouquet with photos and a special note... But they delivered dried flowers and didn't attached any personlized photo and note also for which i paid them.
Also i asked for midnight delivery n paid extra but they delivered it before 10pm.
Their service is really bad...there a lot other sites available..never choose this.”
“Bloomsvilla is absolutely not recommended from my side. They delivered my flowers 1 day late, gave no response on the day of delivery asking for where my flowers are. Next day they respond to my email in which I had asked for my money back saying we delivered the order we won't give the money back. The crude responses from the team with no regard to customer experience proves that they are just out to make a quick buck. I have it all over email in case anyone wants details. Never order from bloomsvilla if you want your order delivered on time and in good quality.”
“My mother in law passed away suddenly and I wanted to send a bouquet of white roses to my father in law before I could reach home from overseas. I paid $1700 for this and what was delivered was white carnations in a small glass. This whole flower arrangement could be lifted with one hand, while the picture on the website showed a beautiful bunch of roses. When we called them, they said carnations are more expensive than roses. No refund. You aren't fooling anyone. In my grief I ordered flowers without first checking your reviews and you took advantage of that. Terrible operation. Shame on you.”

“The website directed me to the payment page after I provided the delivery address. Later I got an email that the delivery address is in out of service area. I provided an alternate address for delivery. After that their was no response. I have been following up and writing emails at their 2 email addresses. Noone is responding to emails or phone calls. Very poor experience. I would never recommend it to anyone”
