“Do not buy in this Placed, they will not deliver nor give you your refund. You can be going back and forth with emails- they don't even acknowledge what you are writing to them. I bought arrangement for flowers and a cake on June 26, 2022- my friend has a business and he is always in the look out on his phone and my friend said he never received a phone call from them and their excuse was that my friend never pick up the phone, which is a lie. I gave them the number and address again, playing games. They are bunch a thieves. I have called my master card, cause they are just full of it. They think because you are from USA is okay to leave the money to them and is okay is rich country, SHAMELESS. They themselves told me that they do not give refunds, but they also want to stay with your money and not deliver the product”

“I ordered flowers and cake from Bloomsvilla portal for 8am-12pm delivery. I followed up and was able to reach out customer care in 3 attemps and got to know that delivery will happen around 12:30pm. In the evening I see the email from them that delivery is on hold as they are not able to reach the given number and address. I send them the alternate number and google maps link for the address but with no success. Their phone line is just time killing machine.
At the end of day I gave up and asked them to cancel the order. I am not even expecting the refund as my day is already spoiled. If there were negative stars possible, I would have given that rating.”
“these guys are fake... opened a website to book the orders and take your money... their customer care numbers are dummy and there won't be any response. I booked and paid Rs.999 for flowers for a condolences.. was assured same day delivery .... assuming a delay of 1-2hrs still acceptable but they didn't delivery at all. no one responded and I am sure they will not even refund the money as their Moto is to cheat and earn money ... but not to do ethical business.”

They claim to deliver but are unable to make any delivery. Despite paying heavily and that too advance, they wont deliver and will not resolve your query. I have been reaching to them via all means possible, still no response from them.
Disappointing customer service. They are a gift delivering company, they shall understand why a person is gifting. In my case, the meaning and purpose of the gift has already been lost. Now even if you deliver (by chance), it will not be of any value.”
“After reading other reviews now i understand that one more bad review is not going to make any difference to this company because they must have got used to ignoring all complains and yet they dont want to improve anything. My first order was never delivered and i was given a gift card instead of that. When i used it the flowers sent to my mother for her birthday were in pathetic condition. As if the flourist wanted to throw them in dustbin instead they delivered it to my mother. It was so embarassing for me to send such flowers. These people have no value for anyones emotions. I got a lesson for life. Always check google reviews before ordering from an unknown website. This company is totally untrustworthy”

“They are pathetic, i booked an order yesterday i.e. 02.06.2022 to deliver a bouquet on 03.06.2022 with early delivery option (by 9:00 AM). I paid extra for the service. At 10:00 AM their reply is that "product is not deliverable". No one even bother to pick the call. No reply on automated message service. It's a nightmare. Strongly recommend to avoid such nonsense service provider.”

Order was supposed to have been delivered on 22/05/2022 but till today ( 26/05/2022) not delivered and order status falsely mentions "Delivered". Despite my instructions to cancel order and refund money, they do neither respond on phone nor email nor complaint form on their website. They messed up the entire order and upset not only me but the receipient as well. My earnest advise to all potential clients "DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BLOOMSVILLA. THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS".

“Very Worst Service. I ordered some items along with Cake for my Wife's 1 BIRTHday after our Marriage. Paid Rs.250 for the midnight delivery of the Cake. Partially delivered some items on the Day before around noon time.
The cake was expected on the night around 11.30 and we made all the arrangements. But these Guys were Cheated us and no one had contacted for delivery yet. we tried to reach customer service but were disappointed.
They Spoiled my Event and Cheated me by promising Midnight Delivery.
