Raised 4-5 complaints with same monotone answer that it will take 2-5 business days. My Occassion has ruined and they claim to deliver within certain time window. They need to know that in these countries people live alone and they leave for work on time, that’s why people put specific time to receive the parcel. Pathetic company. Worst customer service. I was told 4 days ago that I will get an update in 24 hour, still nothing. I hope they will deliver my rakhi next year. I tried to call them and was on waiting for one hour and then call disconnected. Useless, unethical, unprofessional, liars”

Please stop this, don’t make money in this way. My product haven’t been delivered till date. Items still shows in transit since 6th August. Booked rakhi and chocolate from this website to deliver USA. Order no -BV2294511. No one answers call. Very disappointed, website from India could also do fraud business. “I would even rate it below 0. I have ordered a wreath for condolence as my uncle had expired . I ordered on 30th night and kept the delivery as next day morning 7-9am. They even charged extra for the delivery. But it was not even delivered and they sent message that it’s delivered. When I repeatedly called there is no response and even after sending so many queries all they say is that my order is delivered and they won’t refund my amount and it’s an order of Rs. 3399. The customer service is pathetic. This happened on August 1st and from then till now there is no proper response and I still didn’t receive the refund.”
“Ordered rakhi and extra paid kaju roll to be delivered on a specific date, but received blackish leftover besan laddu, cheap not selecetd rakhi and 8 days late. Complaint was answered that regionally unavailable but never notified to me.

You can get a hold of their customer support no it's always on waiting and in forever if u get lucky someone did answer the customer care they r completely lost dont know anything and they put u on hold and then nothing.. Email I'd given on site will only give u system generated answers no real answers.. In short I will never take services from bloomsvilla n will not suggest anyone to take it either.. i have ordered for same day delivery around 10pm, they try to deliver next day 8.30pm.
I have paid additional money for same day delivery.
Then they mentioned the delivery will happen next day morning from 9am to 12pm , but they called me at 8.30pm ;(

“Ordered flowers and a cake for my husband's birthday with chosen delivery time to be between 8 to 10 AM. When nothing happened I called them at 11AM. I was told that there is a delay and I will receive my order around 12 noon. I did not receive the delivery and my calls were not answered. The cake was ordered for our luncheon with friends and family. Eventually I had to get another cake to cut.
Eventually the delivery happen at 6.30 PM once all our guests had left.
The flowers were not in a very good conditions. The stems had gone soft and the other layer was peeling off. Not worth the 700 something for the 10 stems I paid.
A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them in the least.
The only reason I've rated 2 stars is that I received the order eventually and on the same day unlike a lot of the other reviews.”
