He was informed that none of the recipents are answering the phone. I checked. There were NO missed calls. I tried to call, but I was made to wait for over 10 minutes with automated answering. After a long wait I had hung up. It seemed that once the services were paid for the philosophy of the company was " hell with the customer" I am absolutely shocked and ashamed of such companies which are still existing and may be flourishing with their such putrid work culture. It is now past 6.30 PM here and the flowers are yet to be delivered. I hope the management is awake and alive to recognize the failure. Potential customer friends please be weary of this company. And never Pay upfront. All you will get is frustration. It is up to you folks what you think of. The above experience is real with no exaggeration . Cant have photo of flowers as I have received none.”

The company never delivered the item and provided a false reason saying that no one was available at the delivery address. I know for certain that the whole family was present at the house, as is very usual after any death in the family. Chk all the reviews of so many customers being cheated and looted for their hard owned money …this website is fake , pls don’t order anything from here …I ordered butter scotch cake 1200 RS on 15th Oct , delivery was expected between 8am to 12pm ..cake never got delivered till now , all guests waited for 5 hrs for cake cutting ceremony , we ended up buying cake from local bakery ..I tried to place complaint , they replied that your order is in process …what do they mean by process ? I booked the cake at a time slot of 8 am to 12 pm for a reason if you people understand the value of time and occasion.Called your so called customer care on the number given on which i was at hold for around half an hour Miss Priya took the call and i in my tempted way asked her the reason for the delay she said she will come back to me in 2 mins...No calls thereafter.I went out and bought another cake in a hurry. I called on the the so called customer care number again to cancel the booking , they kept on saying.. we value your time for almost 20 mins.I cudnot tolerate thereafter and cut the call. Then i get a call at around 4 pm by Miss Ruhi or Ruchi saying your time slot is changed to 12- 3 pm.. What an irony she calls me at 4 pm to say your time slot is changed by vendor.to 12-3 pm .I don't know who on earth is vendor to change my time slot as if he knows when I want what.Then i happened to check the mail which said my time slot has changed to 7 pm.Is this kind of some joke or really you are doing some serious buisness taking customers time and money .I am sure you must not be having any complain cell...This wecare @ bloomsvilla must be a spam thing. I realised one thing ...go out and buy a cake...mush easier...Don't fall for photos you people show on website.You have nothing .
Finally cancel my order decently and refund my money back or else be ready for an enquiry.
