“Please beware!!! This is a bogus site. I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral on 5th Dec 2022. These guys are so callous, they don't even spare the dead.
They charged extra for a morning delivery. But the item has not even reached. The status on the tracking changes from Out of Delivery and now to On Hold - Recipient not accepted order - which is ridiculous since the family is at home and no flowers have been delivered. They even changed the Delivery Date without informing me.
I've been calling customer care. They picked up only once to which the lady told me, they'll reimburse the Rs. 200 and cut the call abruptly. Since then, no calls have been picked up by them.
I have raised several complaints and sent many emails on the email address provided, but it seems that they've set up an automated response saying that the item is out for delivery and will be delivered shortly.
This website needs to be shut down since it's robbing people of hard-earned money. Please do no place an order with them.”

“I am Wg Cdr Dr. Sudhir Ketkar, located at Nagpur. My son in law ordered some flowers to be delivered on my wife's birth day from UK. He was informed that none of the recipents are answering the phone. I checked. There were NO missed calls. I tried to call, but I was made to wait for over 10 minutes with automated answering. After a long wait I had hung up. It seemed that once the services were paid for the philosophy of the company was " hell with the customer" I am absolutely shocked and ashamed of such companies which are still existing and may be flourishing with their such putrid work culture. It is now past 6.30 PM here and the flowers are yet to be delivered. I hope the management is awake and alive to recognize the failure. Potential customer friends please be weary of this company. And never Pay upfront. All you will get is frustration. It is up to you folks what you think of. The above experience is real with no exaggeration . Cant have photo of flowers as I have received none.”

The company never delivered the item and provided a false reason saying that no one was available at the delivery address. I know for certain that the whole family was present at the house, as is very usual after any death in the family. Cake never got delivered till today … I requested them to refund my full money and no response from them …in many reviews I read that they deduct 10% amount for refund or cancellation …their service is so pathetic , they never receive your call , they keep you on hold for hrs …I order this cake from US , if they don’t refund my money I will file fraud case against them and make sure they shutdown their service …your company is a looters, u guys rot in hell , you ruined our function , u guys r playing with public emotions , shutdown your service if u can’t handle it .”
