I booked the cake at a time slot of 8 am to 12 pm for a reason if you people understand the value of time and occasion.Called your so called customer care on the number given on which i was at hold for around half an hour Miss Priya took the call and i in my tempted way asked her the reason for the delay she said she will come back to me in 2 mins...No calls thereafter.I went out and bought another cake in a hurry. I called on the the so called customer care number again to cancel the booking , they kept on saying.. we value your time for almost 20 mins.I cudnot tolerate thereafter and cut the call. Then i get a call at around 4 pm by Miss Ruhi or Ruchi saying your time slot is changed to 12- 3 pm.. What an irony she calls me at 4 pm to say your time slot is changed by vendor.to 12-3 pm .I don't know who on earth is vendor to change my time slot as if he knows when I want what.Then i happened to check the mail which said my time slot has changed to 7 pm.Is this kind of some joke or really you are doing some serious buisness taking customers time and money .I am sure you must not be having any complain cell...This wecare @ bloomsvilla must be a spam thing. I realised one thing ...go out and buy a cake...mush easier...Don't fall for photos you people show on website.You have nothing .
Finally cancel my order decently and refund my money back or else be ready for an enquiry.
