“Worst experience ever, they took the order and even after the confirmation order was not delivered and bloomsvilla fail to deliver the order yet they did not cancel the order and not issued refund for the same.. You can get a hold of their customer support no it's always on waiting and in forever if u get lucky someone did answer the customer care they r completely lost dont know anything and they put u on hold and then nothing.. Email I'd given on site will only give u system generated answers no real answers.. In short I will never take services from bloomsvilla n will not suggest anyone to take it either.. FnP and floweraura are the trustworthy service providers. Bloomsvilla overall a nightmare experience my biggest mistake placing an order from ur site. They are just after ur money once they get it they don't care.”

i have ordered for same day delivery around 10pm, they try to deliver next day 8.30pm.
I have paid additional money for same day delivery.
Then they mentioned the delivery will happen next day morning from 9am to 12pm , but they called me at 8.30pm ;(

“Ordered flowers and a cake for my husband's birthday with chosen delivery time to be between 8 to 10 AM. When nothing happened I called them at 11AM. I was told that there is a delay and I will receive my order around 12 noon. I did not receive the delivery and my calls were not answered. The cake was ordered for our luncheon with friends and family. Eventually I had to get another cake to cut.
Eventually the delivery happen at 6.30 PM once all our guests had left.
The flowers were not in a very good conditions. The stems had gone soft and the other layer was peeling off. Not worth the 700 something for the 10 stems I paid.
A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them in the least.
The only reason I've rated 2 stars is that I received the order eventually and on the same day unlike a lot of the other reviews.”
“Fraud company!! They will take order and later they will say it's not available. And if we ask for refund they will say it can be given only as credit points or else 200rs will be take as cancellation charge..

“Very bad service. They don't give you updates on time of delivery. They charge for a delivery slot, but don't reach on time (promised me refund, but can't get in touch, keep transfering me and disconnecting the call). They were 15hrs late. Plus they did give my wife her birthday card.
I would never use them again. Bad service. No concern about people's emotions.”

“I do not why there’s not a single positive review but for me this website was all okay. I ordered to get that cake delivered the same day at around 11:45 AM and they gave me an estimated delivery time between (12Pm-3pm). I already thought it would at least take an hour or so more. And it got delivered by 5:10 PM. I’m personally satisfied with the service provided by them, although after ordering when I read the reviews I thought I would be scammed too. I’m glad it was not the case.

“Do not buy in this Placed, they will not deliver nor give you your refund. You can be going back and forth with emails- they don't even acknowledge what you are writing to them. I bought arrangement for flowers and a cake on June 26, 2022- my friend has a business and he is always in the look out on his phone and my friend said he never received a phone call from them and their excuse was that my friend never pick up the phone, which is a lie. I gave them the number and address again, playing games. They are bunch a thieves. I have called my master card, cause they are just full of it. They think because you are from USA is okay to leave the money to them and is okay is rich country, SHAMELESS. They themselves told me that they do not give refunds, but they also want to stay with your money and not deliver the product”

“I ordered flowers and cake from Bloomsvilla portal for 8am-12pm delivery. I followed up and was able to reach out customer care in 3 attemps and got to know that delivery will happen around 12:30pm. In the evening I see the email from them that delivery is on hold as they are not able to reach the given number and address. I send them the alternate number and google maps link for the address but with no success. Their phone line is just time killing machine.
At the end of day I gave up and asked them to cancel the order. I am not even expecting the refund as my day is already spoiled. If there were negative stars possible, I would have given that rating.”
