I have a serious concern about Bloomsvilla.I have ordered flowers on 14th Feb 2023 for my wife and mother from Bloomsvilla. As per the commitment shown on your website it was to be delivered on the same day. I was shown that the order was delivered maximum by 8:00 pm whereas the delivery attempt was made on 15h Feb 2023. At about 3:00 pm I got a call from their delivery partner confirming the address of delivery on which I refused to take it as the purpose went in vain.
The flowers were ordered in the context of Valentine's Day and if you couldn't deliver it the same day, the false and fake promise shouldn't have been made. I also paid the surcharge of Rs. 250 to deliver it on the same day, yet no delivery attempt was made.
When asked for the refund, they are just not accepting their mistake and neither have I been provided any service. I tried reaching out to their customer care but there was no response for the same. On pressuring them to respond properly, they sent the below response,
Sorry for the inconvenience, Delivery date and time, if promised, cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, pandemics, and during rush hour days like Rose Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas, New year Eve, etc., the order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.
They charged me Rs. 250 as well as a surcharge to deliver the item(s) on the same day. Yet no attempt was made.”

“It is a fake account created to loot others in a jamtara kind of fashion. They do not provide any services for the amount charged. Complaint tokens do not have any ticket number and there is no way to get a refund for products and services they haven't rendered. They send you fake delivery messages and only give you mental anguish.
It is truly a fake site and they are a scam business. I don't know why is nobody taking any action and closing such scam businesses.”

I am writing this honest review so that in future no one can do the same mistake I did.
We placed a ' same day delivery ' order and paid the total amount including extra surge money due to the valentines day occasion but we didn't receive my order till today.
When we raised a complaint no one gives a response to that complaint but they marked our order as 'Delivered' without delivering the order and the funniest part is that they even don't pick up the customer service call when you are trying to reach them.

Despite paying Surge charges for standard delivery, the delivery is not made on same day. Flowers were dried upon delivery.
They are least bother to answer the calls made to their customer care number, messages sent to them on Chatbox, Instagram account and not even replies to emails.
Delivery partner was pathetic guy, who keeps on calling receipeint, asking for address confirmation and requesting to share live location.
Stay away and stop wasting your time and hard earned money.”
