“Please do not order anything from this website ever. This is a SCAM with fake phone number and fake customer care. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day but they were never delivered. I lodged an online complaint with no outcome at all. upon continuous emails and phone calls they sent me an Email after 10 days that the delivery was completed, and this case is closed. they stopped replying as I asked for delivery proof.”

I have been following up on the missing item from past 10 days there is no proper reply, no one responds on their live chat, no one takes the Call.

“I placed an order on 23rd May for the first time for a 50th wedding anniversary and it never got delivered nor did they ever respond. Pathetic service with zero answer to phone calls, emails and a chat box which reads 'will reply immediately'.
At-least they should be sensitive to the message - its a pity
Refund of cash is requested - obviously when there is no delivery, cash has to be refunded as this is no charity.”
