“I would like to not even rate this type of websites which are making fun of some important occasions. I ordered a cake,Teddy & Greeting card with midnight delivery paying extra amount for it from US to India.I ordered with much more excitement of my sister occasion which I can’t celebrate it being her side & thought to surprise her with midnight delivery & paid for premium order.I have checked many websites but they was showing that there is no online delivery to that particular location & after so much of research I got this website & happily ordered.I got a call at 11.30pm in WhatsApp saying that the receiver is not responding.Immediately I called my sister & informed her to check the call.She said the moment she was lifting the call it got disconnected & called him back.she asked him about the delivery & the executive replied her that he is not in that location & left.He said that he will be delivering it the next day evening & disconnected.He replied the same to me.I pleased him to deliver it that night only if possible but by understanding his concern I requested him to deliver the next day evening atleast.I was in a thought that the order would be delivered by that time & asked my sister.She said she didn’t get any order till now.I told her to call him once.But he was not responding.I tried to call him.He never picked my calls.I told my friend to give him a call.He simply blocked my frnd contact.I mailed them they replied ur delivery is on hold reason-Receiver Not answering call.Calling customer once & the receiver not responding to call is there simple status & reason of not delivering the order.I don’t understand what this frauds get by cheating customers & playing with there emotions.If you people don’t want to deliver the order you refund the money back.Just looting money from people is not the right thing for you.”

“Please beware!!! This is a bogus site. I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral on 5th Dec 2022. These guys are so callous, they don't even spare the dead.
They charged extra for a morning delivery. But the item has not even reached. The status on the tracking changes from Out of Delivery and now to On Hold - Recipient not accepted order - which is ridiculous since the family is at home and no flowers have been delivered. They even changed the Delivery Date without informing me.
I've been calling customer care. They picked up only once to which the lady told me, they'll reimburse the Rs. 200 and cut the call abruptly. Since then, no calls have been picked up by them.
I have raised several complaints and sent many emails on the email address provided, but it seems that they've set up an automated response saying that the item is out for delivery and will be delivered shortly.
This website needs to be shut down since it's robbing people of hard-earned money. Please do no place an order with them.”
