“These people are frauds. Don't get into their trap. Forget about the same day delivery, these people will not deliver your item ever. If you ask the status of the order, there is a generic system generated response you will get. No call support is available.”

Firstly my order was forgotten. When I sent a reminder they hurriedly delivered a v horrible bouquet that did not even look like my pic. I really wished they could have talked to me and delivered a proper one tomorrow rather than doing this shabby job.

“I was in a haste to order online for the first time without knowing anything about Bloomsvilla. Since the website was easy to navigate, had good selections of specialty cakes, and easy payment transaction process even if I am based overseas, it was a quick online transaction. Shortly after finishing my online order, to my horror, there are a lot of negative reviews I've read about them. I quickly sent them an email and got worried if the site was a scam. I did not expect my order to be immediately delivered although their confirmation notice said that the cake would be delivered in a few hours. Still, I was worried the second day but waited patiently. They replied to my email twice to give me an assurance and explain a bit about the delay. I was happy that the item was delivered within 24 hours, although late already for the occasion. The cake was a bit of a turn off from the photos taken by my friend because it looked much much better on their website. But since my friend in Tumkur was happy and said it was a nice and tasty mango cake, I think overall, my experience with Bloomsville is average. I think they rely on their external partners and since they serve multiple locations they have no much control over the performance of their partner bakers and delivery people. They could improve on their quality standards.”

It lacks class but they charge an exorbitant amount, fleecing customers.why run a business if you don't have your basic supplies/raw materials ready? Stay away from these guys. Not only did the the cup not arrive on the same day, it has been two weeks since then. Neither have they responded to any queries, neither have they responded to the cancellation requests.
