I had ordered a cake and other items from it and while taking orders they accepted midnight delivery and later when I spoke to customer care they tell order should be placed before 12pm n hell of other excuses. Never use this website for orders it will ruin your mood and others too.”
“These frauds charged 200/- extra for the vase and delivered the flowers without it. I just hope the cake is eggless as they charged extra for that too. Total bill was 1549/-. Don’t know why they cheat customers like this and now they don’t pick up calls. Hold time for each call has been more than 7 mins and I hung up feeling frustrated.”

“Bloomsvilla accepts orders and doesn't deliver. They do no respond to chats once they realize that the customer is calling to complain. Call them on the phone and they just keep you on hold and nobody takes the call. I don't know if they will even refund the INR 2300 that they swindled from me for flower delivery. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLOOMSVILLA, they are a RIPOFF”

“Had a terrible experience. They do not undertake same day delivery. Extremely poor customer service and poor business ethics. They expect you to "read" through their "terms and conditions" in fine print which when read again makes it clear that you are unlikely to get the cake as per the date you ordered and rather as per their convenience. The only number on the website was ringing continuously and no one attended to it. The customer chat we advertises "we respond immediately" was frustratingly unresponsive and agonizingly slow. The cake was to be delivered between 1800h and 2100h and never came through. I had finally cancelled the order and dropped a mail as well to that effect by 2300h. To my shock, I learnt that the business was not even aware of the developments or my email! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO REAL INTENT OF PROVIDING SERVICE BUT DEFRAUD YOU.”
