“Very bad service, delivered at 9 pm. Customer service not reachable even during their office hours not over the phone or chat, only when you don’t make the payment they call you diligently. After that no way you can reach them to communicate anything.”
“Unreliable. They state standard delivery and allow customer to pick a time slot. They do not honor the timeslot for delivery. To enquire if tried to contact their number nobody answers. When tried through email, they say standard delivery is 8am to 8pm. We allow customers to pick a preferential timeslot but we cannot guarantee 100% that we can meet that timeslot. In short They are fooling customers by not stating that preference timeslot cannot be met and rather they have to be transparent that it is 8 am to 8 pm standard delivery slot.”
