However, the looks are deceiving. I ordered a gift for a same.day delivery and paid an extra 200 to be delivered during the exact time, which was in the morning. Not only they didn't deliver during the exact time, the delivery wasn't completed till very late night. When I asked for a refund for the amount I paid extra for timely delivery, they suggested a gift card for my next order. Why would I order here more when my experience is horrible.”

I had ordered pink carnation for a congratulatory occasion from Bloomsvilla Website! Before ordering I had even checked if that delivery of that bouquet was available in that area and the website had showed that it was. I had scheduled for delivery to be done today, ie 30th August 2022 between 8AM-12PM. But I received an email today at around 11:15 that the carnations which I had ordered cannot be delivered and they were offering a bouquet of red roses. A bouquet of red roses for an occasion completely different! I had paid 1299 rupees for the carnations and I know that roses are cheaper than carnations. I emailed them several times to either give me a discount or to give me a different option. But these stubborn people simply refused to help. I even tried chatting online but no one replied.

“i ordered a cake delivery for yesterday midnight, and it didn't come, when i enquired someone from the team said orders placed before 12pm will be eligible for midnight delivery, so it will be delivered today morning from 9am to 12 pm. and another lady called me inbetween and told some reasons and asked to pay extra 400 and then i paid the amount, but the order was not delivered when i asked, another lady said, order is out for delivery, still it didnt come, when i sent mail to wecare@bloomsvilla.com again they are saying it will come around 6pm, since am in outskrit, no response after this.. still m order is not delivered.”
“Broomsvilla is a FRAUD CUSTOMER CHEATER company. Do not ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER. YOU WILL END UP LOSING YOUR MONEY and after that YOU WILL BE JUST CHASING THEM FOR REFUNDS THAT THEY NEVER GIVE.
I had placed an order #BV2294807 on 8th August that had 3 items but they did not deliver the most expensive item worth Rs 799. I had raised several complaints with them but till today even after so many complaints. They you have not refunded my money back not delivered the item.
My biggest silliness that I again placed an order #BV2299646 that was specifically to be delivered on 25th midnight for which I paid extra. My order was not delivered at all. It was for my friend’s birthday and now whole purpose of sending tat is lost so I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. But in reply they send a standard email and do not do any action at all.
Their customer care number just keeps us on perpetual hold and no one ever picks it up.

Raised 4-5 complaints with same monotone answer that it will take 2-5 business days. My Occassion has ruined and they claim to deliver within certain time window. They need to know that in these countries people live alone and they leave for work on time, that’s why people put specific time to receive the parcel. Pathetic company. Worst customer service. I was told 4 days ago that I will get an update in 24 hour, still nothing. I hope they will deliver my rakhi next year. “I would even rate it below 0. I have ordered a wreath for condolence as my uncle had expired . I ordered on 30th night and kept the delivery as next day morning 7-9am. They even charged extra for the delivery. But it was not even delivered and they sent message that it’s delivered. When I repeatedly called there is no response and even after sending so many queries all they say is that my order is delivered and they won’t refund my amount and it’s an order of Rs. 3399.
