Bloomsvilla is just fake I paid 6,474 Rupees to deliver flowers and cake to my close one upon promised by the executive to deliver on the date and the time to the location with pin code specified. They didn't deliver and demanded 700 Rs extra as delivery charges to deliver it the next day!! Don't order guys and upon asking for a refund they just want to give a coupon valid for another year. I mean seriously who will trust you again after messing with the best day of the year? Order Number for your reference (BV2279921)

Worst service I have ever seen please dont get in this fraud this company is fraud. Their order online said delivery between 8am and 12pm and I made the order around 10am Indian Time, but they didn't deliver the whole day. It was a birthday special cake delivery and since relying on this company I didn't order elsewhere. I tried to call them no answer and no reply to my email either. This company is cheating people. I ended up calling a different company last minute at 8pm to atleast get a cake delivered on the day of Birthday.”

Their order online said delivery between 8am and 12pm and I made the order around 10am Indian Time, but they didn't deliver the whole day. It was a birthday special cake and flowers delivery and since relying on this company I didn't order elsewhere. I tried to call them no answer and no reply to my email either. The order was for Rs 5,000. This company is cheating people. I ended up calling a different company last minute at 8pm to atleast get a cake delivered on the day of Birthday.

Worst ever service from any company I have come across. Order was supposed to have been delivered on 22/05/2022 but till today ( 26/05/2022) not delivered and order status falsely mentions "Delivered". Despite my instructions to cancel order and refund money, they do neither respond on phone nor email nor complaint form on their website. They messed up the entire order and upset not only me but the receipient as well. My earnest advise to all potential clients "DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BLOOMSVILLA. THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS". I am contemplating reporting to the Consumer's Court so that no one else gets cheated in future.

Very Worst Service. I ordered some items along with Cake for my Wife's 1 BIRTHday after our Marriage. Paid Rs.250 for the midnight delivery of the Cake. Partially delivered some items on the Day before around noon time. The cake was expected on the night around 11.30 and we made all the arrangements. But these Guys were Cheated us and no one had contacted for delivery yet. we tried to reach customer service but were disappointed. They Spoiled my Event and Cheated me by promising Midnight Delivery. "PLS DONT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM BLOOMSVILLA IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPOIL YOUR PRECIOUS EVENT"

Worst service ever .I have ordered a cake from Canada to deliver at 12 midnight by paying extra money. To my shock they delivered at evening 4. I ordered nutty bunch ferrero rocher worth 1000 and they delivered plum cake with chocolate cream work 300.

The order was placed by Ayesha Shaikh from Sydney Australia for mother's day for her mother staying in Mira Road Thane. The order no is BV2277582 which stated delivery estimated on 8th May between 9 am to 8 pm. There is no delivery status over the order tracking system - It just mentions the out for delivery. From India No I have tried calling on the Bloomsvilla the hold time is over an hour without anyone picking up the call. This is India's no one gifting system which takes money but doesn't delivery anything forget on same day its been 16 days now. No information of the product nor an auto refund of the money of the gift paid online . Kindly look into it - Can call 9833709089 for further information

Poor quality bouquet delivered and company is not bothered by the reviews or complaints. They are just making money out of selling bad quality stuff online to people unaware

Pathetic service..I ordered Mother’s Day basket for the next day delivery but it wasn’t delivered. After 4 days they told that the product is not available and within 2 hours if they don’t receive any response they deliver the substitute. I replied within 10 minutes but still nothing was delivered. Now after sending tons of mail and calls ( which they never answer) they are not ready to refund and giving me the gift voucher. Thanks God I ordered through PayPal from which I got the refund. This was my worst experience and will never ever use Bloomsvilla.

My mother didn't recieved the order and I reached them they said you didn't answered the call but they never recieved a call and didn't have any refund or compensation worst service I had experienced so far

I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet together with a cushion, with the resulting invoice indicating delivery on 8 May, Mother’s Day. As of writing, 10 days later, Bloomvilla still have to Deliver the flowers. Today, the cushion was delivered separately, without context - much to the mystification of the recipient. My outreach to Bloomvilla has not resulted in any insights. They simply said that they had a rush around Mother’s Day (which they should have expected!) And that they cannot give a refund as “clearly spelled out”. I have ordered from many suppliers in the past - this will not be one I return to.

Extremely poor quality of flowers delivered. Not the original order of flowers that was placed (multicolored bunch of Carnations). Instead of that they gave a small bunch of almost wilted and bruised roses that were not equivalent in either quality ( not fresh but wilted) nor worth the original price paid for it. Also the customer care, out right stated that the quality was up to their mark and did not consider a refund or replacement. If wilted flowers meet their quality check, then bloomsvilla shouldn't be in the business of providing flowers. Also I had to repeatedly write to bloomsvilla asking for an update on the status of the order, before it was delivered. It was supposed to be delivered between 8 am to 12 pm, but delivered after almost two hours.

Worst service ever. Promising same day delivery, but they couldn't. After rigirous follow up, they responded two days later saying "shall we deliver now", what to do with the delivery when the event is over. Further they wont refund money and provide voucher instead, why they are binding us to buy stuff from them only even after pathetic service and response

They have a bug on their website, which allows customers to place order for the same day delivery, but their is an email Acknowledgment received by customer which clearly states order will be delivered same day between that time slot. However, on tried contacting through calls or emails, no one bothers to respond back and despite of order being cancelled over email same day due to no verbal acknowledgment, they shipped the order next day. And force the customer to take it , when it was accurately cancelled, I want my refund . Poor management service and company.

Worst service I never had before. I do not want to use this website again for any special occasions. They spoil everything. My order I placed for Mother’s Day one order has damaged cake and other order I didn’t even receive, but they say that it was delivered.

Pathetic service!! Big time looters. Never buying from them again. Ruined our mother's day. Deceiving, misleading website. The thing we received wasn't even worth 100/-.

DO NOT ORDER from this website. This website will not deliver as promised especially same or next day delivery. If you contact them they will just reply after a week with some policy. No one answers their phone. They handover their order to other local vendors so better to order from a local vendor instead!
