“Never order anything from them. Worst experience by myself and my friends.
They will not deliver your item at all. They will tell you that due to Covid we could not deliver your item.
When you will ask for refund - they will say you will only get a gift card of their company.
If you will ask for account transfer your request will be rejected saying you agreed for T&C while ordering.
Their T&C says, they may not deliver during Covid and they have right to not refund and can give you a gift card instead.
So its very clear their intention is to take your money and never refund.”
“Horrible customer service. Only informed me on the morning of the delivery that the arrangement I bought was not available. They then went to the wrong address. The flowers have still not been delivered forget about trying to have them delivered in the timeslot I paid for. The pictures I was told I would get have not come. “I had ordered 100 roses, however, they sent over only 75 roses. I will delete this if they either give me a refund or send over the remaining roses. It’s unfortunate that it’s so difficult to trust Indian companies because there is always an element of fraud.

“Bad response from bloomsvilla customer care or company they will not respond to calls or mails. Just putting mails without delivering the order keeping some bull sit reason and they will escape and they will not refund the money back.”
