“Very pleased. Initially my order was placed too late for delivery on my required date. Having resigned myself to not being able to get a balloon from anywhere during these (Coronavirus) times, I received an unexpected email from Tilly saying delivery spots had become available for my chosen date should I still require a balloon. I placed my order and the birthday balloon arrived on the date requested. Many thanks!”

“Arrived in plenty of time. The packaging was sturdy and the balloons were beautiful. Excellent quality and loved the fabric ribbon rather than gift ribbon. Well worth the money. Thank you.”

“Balloon arrived on time and well-packaged. Was very glad to receive it! Didn’t appear fully inflated but that may be due to the fact it was done a day or two before needed. Would definitely use again!”

“Thank you so much for the fantastic balloon bouquet for my niece's 11th birthday. It was a lovely surprise for her and made her very happy. It is difficult for anyone celebrating their birthday during lockdown, so it was lovely to be able to do this. Thank you for your fantastic customer service and replying to my emails very quickly and proactively telling me when some delivery times had become free. I know it must be a challenging time at the moment for your company, as with many others, so thank you so much for being able to do this.”
