“Customer service was absolutely fantastic. I ordered and received my item the next day. Airehart boot is a good fit and comfortable. Only problem is that the black colour /dye inside the boots keeps on rubbing off my feet. Making my feet black. Will see how it goes as I have the Chesnut colour and it doesn't do that.”

“I could not fault the Blueberries Blackpool Ltd! Their service was outstanding! The website was easy to use and I was able to find the product straight away. The price was the best by far AND I was even able to request my item to be gift wrapped for free! Blueberries Blackpool Ltd kept me up-to-date once I had purchased my item as to when I should expect it to be delivered, and it arrived the next morning! The item was gift wrapped as requested and it is amazing quality for a free service. My partner was very impressed with his gift, so thank you! I have already recommended Blueberries Blackpool Ltd, and I will definitely recommend to anyone else for the future. Great quality items, at a low price! “My ugg baseball boots arrived (carefully wrapped in all the proper packaging plus tissue & bubble wrapping around the box) very quickly after making the purchase. They are beautiful, snug, cozy & very stylish. I would definitely buy from this shop again”

“Well, I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I ordered an expensive ladies purse for an Xmas gift but the recipient didn't really like it. Blueberries credited me back with the cost. (I left it too late for a refund as it was bought and returned over the extended Xmas period.) For the next 3 years, I went back and forth to their website, looking for another gift. Eventually, after 3 years, I found two items - for myself ! In all that time, Blueberries were extremely patient with me, assuring me that the credit note would 'last forever' and reminding me of my email address (I have a few), credit note value and so on, with remarkable patience. So kudos to them for all that, and to their sense of humour and forbearance when confronted with a dozy customer. When I actually finally DID place an order, it arrived next day, all superbly wrapped and packed - and tracked. So I would highly recommend the Blueberries online ordering and delivery system. Still not got to the shop in person, but I would drop in, if in their vicinity.”
