Got a Question?

Why are you still allowed to trade when your policy is to never phone anyone back but pretend you will. Never answer emails. Never send call transcripts though repeatedly asked. Lie about coverage in areas. Jeopardize peoples lives by stating you have service in area you don't, thereby preventing the hospital from calling them. Have executives call you when they haven't even been advised of the problem. Taken monies from accounts by stating coverage and then stating 10 months of gaslighting later that "Oh you just realised that actually tyhere is no coverage in that area" Leave people holding for 50+ minutes then cut them off. Transfer them 5-6 times during calls. You are supposed to be a communications company and frankly you need to do the decent thing and close the whole chaotic mess down....so why are you still trading when you clearly don't know how to properly?

Communication channels - none - queries resolved - likely to be a year plus. Customer service - none - call handlers - totally untrained, couldn't care less, enjoy cutting you off. Have no knowlege of anything whatsoever and cannot help, not a lot of point in phoning them. Executives? Use their staff as stalking horses, lambs to the slaughter, and employ them as cannon fodder. How does Virgin Media deliver - simple answer they don't. They will however keep taking the money even if they cannot provide any service. How do you contact Virgin Media. Try a seance.... you'll have better luck with that than writing, phoning, or email. Refunds? They don't do refunds....they will use you, abuse you, never call you, cut you off repeated, transfer you a multitude of times as they cannot answer your query and their Customer Service is actually on a momis so out of of 5 = MINUS 5

How difficult is it to cancel the service once your specific contract has finished?
Asked by Tina Papa (1 year ago)
As with everything else in Virgin - It is very, very, very, very difficult to cancel. Maybe ask CAB to assist as you will find anything to do with Virgin horrendously bad. Uncanny that they are supposed to be a communications company as they cannot communicate. Use anyone else as no other company can be as bad as Virgin. They are very good at taking monies out of your account, however.

Have they any plans to move to UK- based call centres? I am trying to get Virgin broadband & TV when we move house as it is already installed . Have spent half an hour on line with a young lady who, whilst trying to be helpful had great trouble making herself understood . Not her fault, I am sure I could not communicate in her language but it made the whole process very stressful and I am still not sure what is happening to my application!
