The flowers were fine but were delivered 3 days late despite paying for next day delivery. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly told me that my flowers had arrived, event though that wasn't my issue. They then tried to compensate for it by offering more flowers, which would be of no use to me. After about 10 emails back and forth trying to tell them the issue they offered a refund of a 1/3 of the price. Good for cheap flowers, but don't expect them to arrive on time, and don't expect competent customer service. I also paid a ten pounds for a large bouquet and there was only about 10 flowers in there. Waste of money

Will never use them again. Ordered well in advance for a specific delivery day (birthday) but it was not delivered. Have been going back and forth with Customer Service for two days and keep getting brushed off with standard emails. They even told me that the tracking info shows it was delivered. However, the tracking info shows it has not been delivered and is till with the courier. I have asked for a full refund but once again, they are dodging the issue.

Not worth the money, very small bunch for £25. Arrived 3 days late (I paid £2.95 for next day delivery) but this was down to Royal Mail. B & M customer services were very unhelpful. I do not recommend using this company!

Couldn’t believe this small the flowers were I was so embarrassed that turned up to my mums door and ordered my friend one different flowers and her looked more full I feel I’ve been done over with my money!

Bouquet received wasn't as advertised online, contacted customer service to be told that they were fine & matched the advertisement online.

Delivery 8 days late. No replies to numerous emails asking about Delivery. Flowers arrived in poor condition Offered a £10 voucher but would have to spend a minimum of £20 plus Flowers bought on behalf of grandchildren for their parents anniversary so alot of extremely disappointed people Request to send replacement or refund refused Family unable to get any benefit from receiving a bunch of flowers in poor condition due to holidays Apparently this is my fault for getting in touch so late!! No mention of apologies and lack of response to emails!

Absolutely terrible! I can’t believe the flowers were honestly laughable it genuinely looked like the delivery driver picked them outside! There was about 6 flowers! 2 which were broken it was honestly shocking, we had to laugh how terrible they was, just so we wouldn’t cry. I would never order from yourselves again.

Awful! I ordered flower to be delivered next day which didn’t arrive! I emailed to ask where they were with no reply so I am not £30 out of pocket! Not recommended

I ordered a large medley of roses for my sister as a surprise and feel very let down with the amount of flowers let alone roses in the medley of roses ! I did send a complaint but sadly I have not had a reply. Not feeling very valued and so will not use again, such a shame

I am totally disgusted and very disappointed at the flowers i ordered .half of them were dead upon arrival and these were dor my mother for mothers day 💔 shocking and very disappointing to say the least. Do not order of this website.

I have used this flower service on more than 10 occasions so decided they would be ideal for a Mothers Day gift. They arrived at the allotted time but unfortunately they were dead, broken and looked like they had been boxed and packed on the day I ordered them 6 days prior to my requested delivery date.

Paid 32.99 for what I thought was going to be a good size I paid an extra 10 quid for the larger bunch. There was more foliage than flowers, wished I had gone to a supermarket, and got bigger and better for cheaper
