Cannot believe how bad an experience this has been, ordered and paid for next day delivery, should of arrived 03/04 still waiting these were for an important occasion. Spoke with online chat 06/04 and they promised to send replacement flowers, still no delivery. Tried to order some flowers to another address only to find out the order had not gone through , although showed it had. Now cannot speak to anyone on the phone and online chat unavailable, have tried phoning and just keep being told lines are busy, maybe with more complaints. So disappointed as recommended to you from a relation that sent me some beautiful flowers and had no problem. I do not even receive any email confirmations of orders I have placed.

The flowers arrived on time. However I paid £25 for them and apparently they are not worth £10. I'm disgusted. Wobt be using you again.

I ordered them to be delivered today and they still haven’t arrived. I have heard nothing from them, however the money has been taken and they have said dispatched all day. I have been trying to talk to someone in their chat system, however it has told me I’m number 1 in the queue and my wait time will be approximately 5 minutes for hours. They were for my parents anniversary and I’m disappointed to say the least.

In short, the flowers were never sent, this was a Mother’s Day gift.

Could not give nil stars. Ordered flowers 4 days before sisters birthday but no show and told initially no evidence of order and then silence. So really can't comment on the flowers. No address to write to on website. Could not find a phone number so if there is one I would just say it is certainly not obvious.

Disgusting level of service. Arranged to have flowers delivered to North London, under Royal Mail track and trace and found out my flowers have been delivered to somewhere in Leicester! No response from customer service

Ordered flowers at 7am Friday morning for next day delivery. No dispatch email received and no flowers delivered. First time using B&M flowers and I’m very disappointed.

Flowers arrived 2 days late despite ordering 5 days before we needed them. Customer Services weren't interested. Will not be using them again

Very disappointed in both the flowers and the customer service of this company. Ordered Roses & Lillies as a Mothers Day present arrived on time but died off and shriveled up without even opening. I did contact customer services to complain two days after Mothers Day with no response.

Ordered last Wednesday 10th March to be delivered today 17th March for my mums 70th Birthday. No delivery. I’ve sent emails to BM Flowers only to be told. We will get back to you. Absolutely annoyed and mad. For this to happen is ridiculous, I ordered in plenty of time. Shocking. It’s now 19.04pm no flowers no email.

I never received a tracking number. My flowers were delivered without my note so the person who received these didn’t know they were from me. These were sympathy flowers so I’m not happy.

Order didn't arrive for Mother's Day. Received a brush-off email in response to my concerns, just telling me I'll get an email once the item has dispatched! If 'Ryan' had bothered to take a few extra seconds to check the tracking number he provided, he would have seen Royal Mail were still awaiting the receipt of the bouquet and chocolates! Two days later they are now no longer responding. 5 emails sent, only one response received. This isn't a failure due to COVID-19, it's a service quality failure. Poor, poor, poor. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Absolutely awful ony 6 flowers arrived with some dead gypsifila 2 flowers were broke. I was disgusted. This would not allow me to show photos of how bad they are. Cost me over £13 could have bought 4 bunches from aldi that would have been far better

Ordered flowers for 15th March, not received, when queried i just keep getting auto response out for delivery on 15th March its now the 16th! Won't use again. Will someone please respond to my actual emails . D
