Would never ever buy flowers from BM again,was so dissapointed,they were no were near as advertised in the photo,didnt expect any thing exceptional for the price ,but they were utterly disgusting,i was even too upset to ring up and complain,no wonder they say the receipient wont know where they are from,but one bunch went to my mother in a care home,the next i sent to myself to give the benefit of the doubt.Its put me of flower deliveries altogether now,although i do love BnM for other goods.

Absolutely horrendous. I ordered flowers on the 6th of December for delivery on the 8th of December. It is now the 10th of December and nothing has been delivered!!! I have tried the chat function twice that indicates that you wait approximately 4 mins, I waited 45 mins - Nothing I tried it again, waited 15 mins - Nothing I have emailed to chase the order - Nothing I am fuming as I can't get a hold of someone to find out where the delivery is or if the person would ever get it. I don't think they really care because it is cheaper than others but now realize not by much. I could kick myself for choosing them now. IF I could give 0 stars I would. No response whatsoever to apologize for a delay or anything. I am looking for how I can raise a formal complaint. I understand things can get delayed but communicate that! In this case no thought of customer care.

So after placing a order and immediately receiving my confirmation email I noticed that the message I wrote to the recipient was different so I went on live chat where they told me it was too late. It was their error yet they wouldn’t rectify it so my recipient of the flowers received a note which meant nothing to her, she didn’t even know who sent them. Won’t use again

I am absolutely disgusted with b&ms. I ordered the glorious grace bunch for my mums birthday. They arrived all in bud and had been cut too early so would never have opened anyway. Completely lifeless. Not at all like what was shown on the colourful picture.Absolutely awful my mum and I were so upset. Waited for them to open again on the Monday and the advisor wasn’t apologetic and said I could order a different bunch. I ordered the warm embrace which looked nice and really thought there wouldn’t be a problem. How wrong was I ? They sent the same bunch of glorious grace and they were even worse than the first! What an absolute joke of a company. When complaining they said they’d re-send another bunch ?!? Er no I wouldn’t trust a THIRD bunch. Please send refund. Would NEVER EVER order again and would urge you to do the same. You will only be disappointed and shocked like me. Disgraceful experience and customer service awful

Ordered flowers from here and paid an extra £10 for a large bunch and was very disappointed. The flowers came and there were about 7 stems in the bunch. Its looked quite pathetic and I ordered these for someone's birthday so felt quite embarrassed!

Their delivery service is unpredictable. Information on website is misleading. I contacted customer service so many times via email and they are NO help. Noone is helping nor replying further to my emails regarding delivery of my order. Do not order from here!!!

My flowers arrived too late and the condition they've arrived is, to say, not good. Not so bad they didn't arrive in time since I wouldn't have been able to gift them. 3 of them were broken.

Addresses database is poor and innacurate. Flowers not adequately described with flowers used. Overall B and M Website is nearly useless as no ordering click and collect or product availability. As useful as one window on only your flagship storr......but not even as useful as an individual store window.

A shambles . Ordered Saturday , paid for Sunday delivery for a grieving family. Noticed money had been taken twice from my account! Contacted customer service who confirmed the payment had been taken twice and no order made. So took another day of emails to get an order placed , flowers will arrive on TUESDAY ! I am furious . If I had not noticed payment taken twice there would have been no order at all . I hope the order arrives Tuesday but I have no faith it will . Never again. Disgraceful . I have a ticket number for my enquiry if B&M want to follow up on this . I will be taking this further .

Website was easy to navigate that was the only plus Whilst ordering you are able to choose a delivery date I chose the date I wanted as the flowers were for a birthday gift(surprise) On the date they were suppose to arrive NOTHING! If I knew that they could be late I would not have ordered from here They arrived a day late which made the flowers practically useless Why give a delivery date That may not be fulfilled then why is it given as a option? I thought I should share this receive as all the reviews seem to be positive but my experience was not! If you are not going wanting them on a certain date then perfect but do not rely on the date Useless

Absolute rubbish was ordered to be delivered to certain date for special occasion never arrived elderly relative extremly upset. Numerous emails back and they will not refund would avoid at all costs unless you want to waste money!
