I ordered flowers on 5th May 2020. They were to be delivered 6 th May. Money has been removed from my bank account and no delivery has been made. Contacted B/M Customer Service who give me a number to ring that deals with the flowers. When you ring number it says sorry phone line is not open even though it was hours specified they were open. I have sent approx 10 emails about this. Got one response where the person wanted my bank details which I was very wary of. I did not give them for obvious reasons. It wasn't enough that I give name and address of person who was to get Flowers and they had my email address which was used for buying flowers. Needless to say my friends birthday is over never received flowers and I have had money removed from my account for them. Please do not order flowers from this company. Its looking like a scam. Remove money no goods then some one answering email looking bank details. I'm seriously considering reporting to police.

Birthday flowers were not delivered on the birthday having been ordered 2 weeks prior. Excuse being they cannot guarantee a delivery date? But website is offering Birthday flowers. How can they offer if dates not met?

On ordering was told they would be delivered on wendsday and still have not turned up on the Thursday. As for a special occasion as most flower deliverys are it's not good enough. I wanted to try b&m as the cost was so much less than who I normally use... Won't be using again

Money taken but no order arrived, customer service non existent still haven’t had any answer to numerous emails, flowers were due to be delivered on a relatives birthday that has now passed! Wouldn’t recommend or use again

Absolutely disgusting service. I placed two orders which I was charged for but they were not delivered. They said they could see the money was taken but the order was not placed!!!! They offered me a refund or reorder with delivery in 4 days time, despite offering next day delivery on the website. Will never use again

I ordered some flowers to be delivered last week and they have not arrived. Because I did not pay the extra for tracking there is nothing B & M can do.

Ordered flowers and chocolate for my best friend Birthday on Monday 20.04 for the 24.04 ,4 days before and the flowers did not arrived, Very disappointed as it was something special to get the flowers on time.Never again will use this company 😠😠😠😠

Having previously used this company and been happy with service I ordered 3 weeks in advance of a special birthday for flowers and a cake to be delivered only for them not to send it out in time. Very disappointed and the customer service afterwards was not good. Will definitely not recommend or use again now. Why ask what date to deliver if it can take an extra 2 working days???

Ordered on 03/04/20, payment taken 06/04/20, flowers supposedly being delivered on 14/04/20. No delivery so contacted customer service to be told delivery date is now 15/04/20. No delivery on 15th or 16th but received an email to rate rate their customer service. They have not replied to either of my last 2 emails. Avoid at all cost

I am not happy with the service. I ordered a bunch of flowers. To be told when the transaction cleared it would take 10 days to deliver. Unfortunately I still have not received my flowers. I will not purchase from these again and would like a full refund. Not satisfied at all!

bm_20150. Completely different flowers in a bouqet what has been ordered. And most important, the lady which received the flowers, has an allergy to the flowers which were replaced instead of roses. And it should only be roses in a bouqet. Also the message was written with the mistakes even after i have emailed them and clearly stated what needs to be corrected. Very very disappointed.

I have never had an issue with the flowers or delivery before until now. My aunt received her flowers 3 days late and the flowers had all started to droop and had started to Wilt. Some of the heads had also came off the flowers. I am so angry and disappointed what should have been a loving gesture and a birthday treat has turned out to be the complete opposite 😡

Delivery booked for Valentines Day, flowers have NOT repeat NOT arrived. Hence Valentines Day surprise for my wife completely ruined.

Bouquet was absolutely rubbish did not look like the one I ordered was nothing like was advertised very disappointed had to go and buy more flowers to make it look decent was not worth the money I paid would not buy again.

Ordered 5 days ago to be delivered on Saturday (yesterday) for my parent’s wedding anniversary. No delivery and no notification. Their policy does state that there may be a 1 day delay but only refers to ‘working’ days in regards to large gifts,hampers and bank holiday deliveries (which my order was not). I would have been more than happy to pay the extra for next day delivery but I ordered in good time and faith. I have now been told that they won’t arrive until tomorrow (2 days late) but still no guarantee of this. So disappointed with this service. Waste of time and money as pointless delivering flowers for a special occasion 2 days later! Disgusting.
