“Got email ask how yous done and I have still not received my goods”

“Ordered 5 days ago to be delivered on Saturday (yesterday) for my parent’s wedding anniversary. No delivery and no notification. Their policy does state that there may be a 1 day delay but only refers to ‘working’ days in regards to large gifts,hampers and bank holiday deliveries (which my order was not). I would have been more than happy to pay the extra for next day delivery but I ordered in good time and faith. I have now been told that they won’t arrive until tomorrow (2 days late) but still no guarantee of this. So disappointed with this service. Waste of time and money as pointless delivering flowers for a special occasion 2 days later! Disgusting.”

“Extremely dissatisfied, we live in Australia I ordered a gift to be delivered my money was taken. I got an email on the night of the delivery to say it didn’t happen and would be delivered on the 29th ?? Got little satisfaction in my responses and was told there was no delivery 25/26/27/28 ??? Why take my money and let me select a day and I ordered in plenty of advance to be told before that it wouldn’t be delivered”

“Tried to pay via PayPal but your site would not proceed to the PayPal site. Very annoyed as at the bottom of the page under payment it clearly shows the PayPal sign, but when you try to click on it nothing happens.”

“DO NOT ORDER. ordered flowers for aunts 76th birthday. They were not delivered B&M not interested saying they outsource flowers & cannot guarantee delivery unless you pay for guaranteed delivery.”
