“We ordered a large bunch of Alstomeria for my husbands 98 year old Mum for Mothers day at a cost of £21.99. Although delivered on the day expected, what was received and their condition was a shock and completely unacceptable; 6 carnations and a sprig of gypsophilia. Under no circumstances could you honestly say that they were an acceptable substitute for what we ordered. The image on your web site was of a medium bouquet, so we think its reasonable to anticipate that as we’d ordered a large bunch of Alstromeria and paid accordingly -what Mum would have received would have been considerably more in number than those she actually received- and of better value for money. I do have the image of the flowers but cannot attach them or insert in this message and am happy to send via email. We will not use this service again and do not recommend that any else does.”

“I was really disappointed in the flowers I received. My mother opened the flowers on her birthday to 6 stems of buds. No flowers were bloomed, it was quite embarrassing. I won’t be using the service again. They were delivered on time though, and the chocolates and teddy bear were nice.”

“Well i ordered my flowers on the 2nd of march to be delivered for the 6th march for my mum 60th birthday and the order never showed up but was fast enough to take my order and trying to contract them is a nightmare so im not happy with this service!!”

“My daughter purchased a bouquet with balloons and a box vase. I got 7 carnations and a bit of gypsum, how disgusting that you offered her a 10.00 voucher towards other flowers ! Why would she buy from you again when you cant get this order right ! Disgusting ! Customer service is non existent”

“Absolutely appalled with the service, ordered for a surprise for my moms birthday with balloons and a pop vase and got neither just a crumpled bunch of flowers. Very disappointed and would not recommend, even though I read so many positive reviews which made me choose them.”

“Package arrived a day late the Roses has stared to turn black and slimy at the tips of the pettels and slightly on the stems gel pack at the base had turned to slime and the chocolates I had included wuth the order were not included.... The bear was nice”

“Very disappointed. This is my first time using this service and had ordered flowers for a birthday today, i ordered them on the 23rd of January to give plenty of time for them to be delivered and they have not been delivered and I have recieved no updates or anything to let me know what is happening. While I appreciate there may be delays etc, I think ordering on the 23rd for the 1st of Febuary was a reasonable amount of time for delivery & I would have at least liked to be informed that the flowers would not be arriving on the day that they were supposed to be for. What was meant to be a nice surprise has been ruined”

“AWFUL - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Flowers weren’t delivered; no reply to my requests for update or my complaints. You can’t contact by phone, only online. Don’t waste your money. I will now try for a refund, but not holding out much hope.”
