I ordered a bunch of flowers that were supposed to come with a Teddy and chocolates and I also added on a birthday cake for someone and they only received the flowers , iv been emailing them and there communication its rubbish , iv never had a problem in the past but I will not be using them again , they said they will offer partial refund but im still waiting the flowers were delivered on the 31st December and I'm still waiting for a solution.

Specified mum's birthday as the delivery date and the flowers arrived late. Paid for a large bunch plus a birthday cake and she received a sad arrangement of a couple of carnations with some Christmas cake. Absolutely gutted and will never use B&M flowers again. Would love to upload a photo but the option is unavailable.

Very disappointed and upset the flowers I order to be delivered didn’t arrive waited all day it was my sisters 70th birthday , She had 3 flower deliveries that day from different companies but b & ms order never did arrive my order number 50952 is not being recognised By b & m now although the money for the flowers as been taken They want more info The whole things a joke Ann Osborne

Ordered these https://www.bmflowers.co.uk/next-day-flowers/blush-bouquet for my daughter for Christmas. They were left underneath her car overnight (nobody knocked even though she was there all day) and were extremely dry and had started wilting. B&M maintain 'After showing the Florist Manager the photographs that you have sent us they have said that can't see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered.' I'll leave you to decide......

Absolutely awful! Ordered flowers on 29th November for delivery on 2nd December. Flowers hadn't arrived by 3rd so contacted B&M to be told has I hadn't paid extra for tracking it was my fault and go away. Flowers finally arrived on 6th obviously dead with no water for 6 days. Customer service wanted photographic evidence which couldn't be provided due to elderly recipient not being able to do this who was extremely upset and blaming herself. They then offered a partial voucher as compensation which has been refused, they state next day delivery in my case 6 days is not next day no matter how busy royal mail is.

I bought I medium bunch of carnation for my mum was fuming when she sent photo 6 flowers for a medium bunch I could have got more from a supermarket for less of the price

Unfortunately I am not one of the 96 per cent who are happy with the flowers provided by B & M Flowers. I ordered them for someone who was getting over a stroke & a Hip replacement. As they are just beginning to walk again I though I would send them as a way of lifting her spirits. I ordered them on the Friday to be delivered on the Saturday. As I didn't hear from her on Saturday or Sunday I presumed she had not received them. I contacted her on the Monday & found out she had received them on the Saturday morning & she hadn't phoned me because the flowers were so poor she didn't feel she could ring me to thank me. A lot of the buds had been broken off & the flowers were sub standard quality. I felt awful. I have now written a number of Emails to B&M flowers advising them of mine/her disappointment & requesting a refund. They are now asking me for photographs of the flowers to be sent to them. They were sent to an s.c.s who is self isolating because of her health problems & she lives a distance away from me. I certainly wouldn't expect her to photograph the flowers & she is not in a position for me to visit her. I am very disappointed in B&M flowers & I certainly would not use their services again. If I could have scored zero I would have done

Horrible service. Ordered a flower on 5th and today is 9th still not delivered and without a shame you are sending me an email to write a review. Phone lines not working on weekends. Never again. Horrible experience

I ordered some flowers for my friend who was going through a tough time a week ago. These have still not arrived. There have been no attempts for them to arrive and staff have continuously told me dates that they would arrive and they have not. No refund is being offered and i have already had to go elsewhere as i can not trust these will be delivered now as the friend is going back to work tomorrow. Awful customer service. Refund please.

Please do not go by their photos and details over the web. It is all fake as what you get for the money you pay is nothing what they promise to give. Ordered a 13 stem medium size bouquet and they send a crappy looking untidy 7 stem bouquet!! They say the display picture on the web is the medium size and the actual does not look even close to that. Unfortunately I am unable to upload a pic on this review...Otherwise I would have done it... Paid GBP16 for a 4 pound bouquet at a local shop..Vey disappointed!!!

Ordered the Small Carnation Collection which consisted of 8 Carnations and some Gyp.When order arrived there was only 6 Carnations and some Gyp.This is the second time I have ordered from B&M Flowers and will be the last as they cant deliver the goods ordered.

Flowers delivered bore no resemblance to those advertised with shrivelled , brown and pock-marked roses . we obtained 50% refund after four emails apparently because the "florist manager" thought these were good quality ! Fit for the bin after three days , Site won't allow photo upload . Never again .

Ordered medium size of flowers and when they arrived there was 6 carnations!! Imagine if I ordered a small bunch, Also very poor quality half dead looking, won't be ordering again from yous, one good thing is they were delivered on the day I asked them to be delivered.

Cannot believe how bad an experience this has been, ordered and paid for next day delivery, should of arrived 03/04 still waiting these were for an important occasion. Spoke with online chat 06/04 and they promised to send replacement flowers, still no delivery. Tried to order some flowers to another address only to find out the order had not gone through , although showed it had. Now cannot speak to anyone on the phone and online chat unavailable, have tried phoning and just keep being told lines are busy, maybe with more complaints. So disappointed as recommended to you from a relation that sent me some beautiful flowers and had no problem. I do not even receive any email confirmations of orders I have placed.

The flowers arrived on time. However I paid £25 for them and apparently they are not worth £10. I'm disgusted. Wobt be using you again.
